In another embodiment of the invention, the upper platforms (31') can be fixed, comprising telescopic arms (5') and a system of slir gs (40) which are connected to hoisting cables (4') which are wound in relation to winding devices (14') and which can be used to move vessels up and down outside the holsting system.
