摘要: Disclosed is a lifting system with a three-way motion compensation function, including a main arm (1), a mobile cart I (5), a mobile cart II (2), a support II (3), a support I (4), a lifting mechanism (6), and a vessel body (7), where a front end of the main arm (1) is mounted at an upper end of the mobile cart I (5); a rear end of the main arm (1) is mounted at an upper end of the mobile cart II (2); a lower end of the mobile cart I (5) is mounted on the support I (4); a lower end of the mobile cart II (2) is mounted on the support II (3); the support I (3) and the support II (4) are separately fixed on the vessel body (7); rails I (11) are mounted on two sides of a bottom of the front end of the main arm (1); concave rails II (12) are mounted on two sides of the rear end of the main arm (1); the main arm (1) is driven to move front and back when the mobile cart I (5) and the mobile cart II (2) act synchronously; and the lifting mechanism (6) for driving a lifted object to move up and down is hinged to the front end of the main arm (1). The lifting system can perform a three-way motion compensation function, and can effectively avoid mechanical collision, position deviation, or the like caused by rolling, pitching, or heaving of the vessel body (7), thereby having high lifting efficiency, low comprehensive costs, and wide applicability.

摘要: A tower crane comprises a lattice tower (1) composed of sections and comprising an upper jib (2). A lower tower (1) section is attached to a base (22) comprising supports (3) with feet (4). The supports (3) comprise a hydraulic levelling unit. The upper jib (2) is mounted on a turntable (16), fixed on the upper tower (1) section. The upper jib (2) is a telescopic jib and is provided with a pair of stiffening sprits (18). The tower (1) is composed of lattice sections and is provided with a cage module (15) for lifting and installing the next sections. The lattice tower (1) is provided with a unit of lattice middle sprits (12) with lower stays (11) in the form of couplers (8). The middle sprits (12) are connected from one side to working parts of hydraulic cylinders (14) installed in the crane foot (4) supports (3) and from the other side to the eyes (9) of the middle sprits (12) of the lattice tower (1).

摘要: A crane comprises a boom (10) having a structure which allows the length of the boom to be changed, and a derricking mechanism (11) configured to rotate the boom (10) to raise and lower the boom with respect to a machine body, wherein: the derricking mechanism (11) includes a linking device (32) connecting one end of a guy line (30) to a distal end of the boom (10); the distal end (13) of the boom (10) has a back surface (21) which faces rearward and a ventral surface (22) which faces forward when the boom is in a vertical position; the linking device (32) includes a joint (36) connected to one end of the guy line (30), and a support device (38) provided on the distal end (13) to support the joint (36) so as to locate the joint (36) at a position away from the back surface (21) and opposite to the ventral surface(22); and the support device (38) includes a holding member (49) which holds the joint (36), the holding member (49) allowing the position of the joint to be selectively changed to a plurality of different positions in a first direction perpendicularly intersecting an axis of the boom and a rotary axis of the boom. The holding member (49) includes a plurality of holding parts (49a) respectively disposed at the different positions in the first direction (A), each of the holding parts (49a) being configured to detachably hold the joint (36). The support device (38) includes a supporting member (50) which is disposed between the holding member (49) and the back surface of the distal end. The supporting member (50) is coupled with the joint (36) held by the holding member (49) to support the holding member (49) at the position of the joint (36) via the joint (36).
