    摘要: The invention is directed to kits, compositions, tools and methods comprising a cyclic industrial process to form biocement. In particular, the invention is directed to materials and methods for decomposing calcium carbonate into calcium oxide and carbon dioxide at an elevated temperature, reacting calcium oxide with ammonium chloride to form calcium chloride, water, and ammonia gas; and reacting ammonia gas and carbon dioxide at high pressure to form urea and water, which are then utilized to form biocement. This cyclic process can be achieved by combining industrial processes with the resulting product as biocement. The process may involve retention of calcium carbonate currently utilized in the manufacture of Portland Cement.

    摘要: A cementitious composition comprising a crystalline phase and an amorphous phase, and an activator selected from the group of materials comprising inorganic bases. In some cases the crystalline phase is gehlenite. In some cases the crystalline phase is anorthite. In some cases the amorphous phase is amorphous calcium aluminum silicate. In some cases the activator is elected from OPC (1-70 wt%), free lime (1-20 wt%), calcium hydroxide (1-20 wt%), and alkali hydroxides (NaOH, KOH 1 to 10 wt%), individually or in combination. A low lime cementitious material is cured by reaction with a curing reagent that includes a reagent chemical that is synthesized from CO 2 . Examples of such a reagent are oxalic acid and tartaric acid.

    摘要: Milk of slaked lime of great fineness obtained by a partial hydration of quicklime under controlled conditions in order to reach a prehydrated lime having a homogeneous water uptake of at most 16 w% with respect to the weight of said prehydrated lime and adding water to said prehydrated lime or adding said prehydrated lime to water to form the milk of slaked lime of great fineness, said milk of slaked lime of great fineness comprises slaked lime particles in suspension into an aqueous phase, wherein the slaked lime particle content is greater than 25 w% and lower than or equal to 55 w%, with respect to said total weight of the milk of slaked lime of great fineness, and wherein said slaked lime particles has a dso greater than or equal to 2 µm and lower than or equal to 6 µm.
