摘要: The present invention provides a novel isoindolinone derivative compound, a hydrate thereof, a solvate thereof or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, as caspase inhibitors. The novel isoindolinone derivative compound of the present invention was confirmed to exhibit an excellent interleukin-1β(IL-1β) reducing effect and an excellent apoptosis-reducing effect, thus exhibiting excellent activity as a caspase inhibitor, and thus, it has been found that the novel isoindolinone derivative compound can be used for the prevention or treatment of caspase-related diseases.
Therefore, the novel isoindolinone derivative compound of the present invention can be effectively used in the prevention or treatment of caspase-related diseases in the medical and pharmaceutical fields.-

摘要: A cationic lipid analogue, a composition and a use thereof. An aldehyde, an amine, a carboxylic acid and an isonitrile are adopted as raw materials to synthesize a cationic lipid analogue via the Ugi reaction.
