摘要: Provided is a method for producing a raw material of grease, including: preparing a first thickener raw material; a second thickener raw material; a first lubricating oil; a second lubricating oil; a first solvent that has a boiling point lower than those of the first lubricating oil and the second lubricating oil, dissolves the first lubricating oil, and does not dissolve a produced thickener; and a second solvent that has a boiling point lower than those of the first lubricating oil and the second lubricating oil, dissolves the second lubricating oil, and does not dissolve the produced thickener; dissolving the first lubricating oil in the first solvent, and dissolving or dispersing the first thickener raw material in the first solvent to obtain a first mixed solution; dissolving the second lubricating oil in the second solvent, and dissolving or dispersing the second thickener raw material in the second solvent to obtain a second mixed solution; and mixing the first mixed solution and the second mixed solution, and reacting the first thickener raw material and the second thickener raw material to produce a thickener.

The lubricant composition of the present invention is a lubricant composition comprising a perfluoropolyether as a base oil, a fluororesin as a thickener, and a polyol ester, urea grease and a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate as additives, wherein the mass ratio of the content of the perfluoropolyether to the total content of the polyol ester and the urea grease ranges from 78/22 to 95/5, the mass ratio of the content of the perfluoropolyether to the content of the polyol ester ranges from 90/10 to 96.5/3.5, the mass ratio of the content of the polyol ester to the content of the urea grease ranges from 40/60 to 65/35, the content of the fluororesin ranges from 15 mass% to 24 mass% based on the total amount of the lubricant composition, and the content of the zinc dialkyldithiophosphate ranges from 0.5 mass% to 4 mass% based on the total amount of the lubricant composition.
