摘要: Provided is a flat knitting machine capable of inhibiting the feeder tip from moving out of the region where the feeder tip can feed yarn to the target position that is on the side of the needle bed gap, the target position being a position where a knitting needle takes hold of the yarn, when the feeder tip is moved up or down. In a flat knitting machine (100) including needle beds (110); a yarn passage rail (130) that installed above the needle beds (110); a yarn feeder (1) including a feeder tip (23a) for supplying knitting yarn to a knitting needle (111); and a feeder tip position adjusting elongated hole (24a) and a screw (40) for adjusting the yarn-feeding height of the feeder tip (23a), the yarn feeder (1) includes: a feeder rod (20) to which the feeder tip (23a) is provided; a raising bias unit guiding groove (11) that guides the feeder rod (20) in a guide direction inclined with respect to the vertical direction; and feeder tip side guides (31) and carrier base side guide (32) that convert a moving direction of the feeder tip (23a) to a direction bringing the moving direction of the feeder tip (23a) closer to the vertical direction than the guide direction, in response to a change in the height of the feeder tip (23a), at least within a height range where the feeder tip (23a) is allowed to feed the yarn a position at which the yarn is taken hold of.

摘要: A weft knitting machine knitting structure (10) capable of changing yarn positions is provided. A facing yarn (30) and a bottom yarn (31) positioned below the facing yarn (30) are fed during knitting, the weft knitting machine knitting structure (10) comprises a plurality of sinkers (11) and a plurality of needles (12), the plurality of needles (12) are respectively arranged adjacent to one of the plurality of sinkers (11), and each of the plurality of sinkers (11) is guided to perform a linear displacement movement (116). Each of the plurality of needles (12) is provided with a hook (121) and a latch (122) for performing a closing action relative to the hook (121). The machine comprises two needle tracks wherein one needle in the first needle track performs a normal plating and a needle in the second needle track performs an interchanged plating. A needle in the second needle track is closed before a needle in the first needle track.

摘要: In a course in which a cam system (C1) on the front side in the travelling direction of a carriage (34) of a flat knitting machine (32) knits a first knitted fabric (A) on the rear side in the travelling direction with respect to the boundary between intarsia pattern portions and a cam system (C2) on the rear side in the travelling direction knits a second knitted fabric (B) on the front side in the travelling direction with respect to the boundary, a knit design apparatus (2) detects from knitting data a stitch that is at an end of the first knitted fabric (A) and that projects further to the front side in the travelling direction than a course knitted immediately before, as a first stitch (K3-2, 45). In a case where the first stitch (K3-2, 45) is detected, a second stitch (46) in the second knitted fabric (B) positioned one course below the first stitch (K3-2, 45) is replaced by a miss stitch.

摘要: [Problem to be solved] There is provided a knit design method and a knit design apparatus which make it possible to easily append extra knitting and prevent a pattern from collapsing in a state where the extra knitting is appended.
[Solution] In Fig. 1(a) , a specified area 2 to which a purl knitting is applied is set to have a constant knitting width of ten stitches from an end, for example, on a knitting stitch image 1. In Fig. 1(b) , a start position 4f is set and the specified area 2 is slid in a course direction so as to be deformed to a target area 2a having a simple shape. In Fig. 1(c) , a pattern 4 is developed from the start position 4f on the target area 2b to which extra knitting 5 have been appended based on the difference between the length 1c of the outer edge 1a and the length ld in the wale direction such that distortion generated due to the difference is decreased. The target area 2b on which the pattern 4 has been developed is returned so as to be connected to the base area 3, so that the pattern 4 such as a purl pattern can be prevented from collapsing.

摘要: A yarn carrier comprises a carrier base; reciprocating means supported on the carrier base in such a manner as to move in reciprocation with respect to a traveling direction of the carrier base and having, at an outside of the engaging portion of the carrier base with respect to the traveling direction, an engaging surface temporarily engageable with the accompanying member of the carrier accompanying means; feeder means having, at its front end, a main-yarn feeding hole and a plating-yarn feeding hole, extending vertically downwardly from the carrier base, and supporting at least one of the yarn feeding holes in such a manner as to freely rotatable about an axis in a longitudinal direction of the feeder means; and movement conversion means for converting reciprocating movement of the reciprocating means into rotation movement of the yarn feeding holes provided in the feeder means in such a manner that when the reciprocating means is moved with its engaging surface engaged with the accompanying member, the yarn feeding holes of the feeder means can be rotationally displaced to change a positional relationship between the main-yarn feeding hole and the plating-yarn feeding hole.

摘要: The present invention relates to a customized, flat-knit multizonal element for a shoe upper and a method of producing such an element that allows for continuous knitting while controlling positioning of individual threads. For example, one or more carriages may move continuously along the needle bed while threads are provided to the needles for a complete stroke. Knit elements may include multiple zones with differing properties. Threads may alter positions within knit structures from zone to zone. A knit element may include a first zone in a first plane that includes at least two merged threads to form a merged knit structure and a second zone in a second plane connected to the first zone seamlessly. Some knit structures may be positioned throughout the knit element such that they control a position of zones relative to each other.
