摘要： The rotatable iron and garment steamer with rotatable iron of the present invention relates to an iron and a garment steamer. The rotatable iron of the present invention, its main body has an electrical heater which is mounted with a housing, a revolver is rotatablely connected to the main body and a handle, a position-limiting mechanism for restricting the rotational amplitude and a resilient positioning mechanism for locking the position of rotational angle are both disposed between the main body and the handle. When the relative position of the handle and the main body is locked, said iron can be used as steam iron; after the main body is sleeved with a brush cover, the handle rotates relative to the main body; said iron can be used as a steam brush. It solves the prior's problems of the fixed relative position of the handle and the main body, the single using manner, and the requirements of flexible ironing could not be realized.

The halogen lamp has a tandem connection to a resistor (14) which adapts the mains voltage to the voltage of the lamp (9), with a diode (13) limiting consumption of the resistor (14) and a switch (16) for disconnecting and making the circuit supplying the lamp (9), which is located on the heel or rear base (17) of the iron, the circuit being disconnected when the iron stands on the rear end (17) and the circuit being made when the lamp is in its normal working position. The halogen lamp (9) projects light onto the fabric area which is thereupon to come under the sole-plate of the moving iron, allowing the area of fabric on which the iron slides to be seen better.
