摘要: Disclosed is a controller of a hydraulically driven fan wherein the number of rotations of a hydraulically driven fan can be matched exactly with a target number of rotations when the number of rotations of the hydraulically driven fan is controlled to the target number of rotations, and occurrence of a peak pressure or pressure hunting is controlled in a hydraulic circuit. The controller of a hydraulically driven fan is characterized by comprising a first command value calculation means for calculating a command number of rotations of a fan by eliminating an integral term while the difference between a target valve controlled variable and an actual valve controlled variable is more than a predetermined threshold, a second command value calculation means for calculating a command number of rotations of a fan by adding an integral term to a proportional term while the difference between a target valve controlled variable and an actual valve controlled variable is less than a predetermined threshold, a means for calculating a target valve controlled variable of a control valve based on a command number of rotations of a fan thus calculated, and a control means for outputting a valve controlled variable to a control valve such that the control valve reaches the target valve controlled variable.

摘要: A hydraulic drive system (1) including a meter-in compensator (37) and a bleed-off compensator (42) comprises a plurality of sensors (64 to 68), a controller (62), and an outlet pressure switching valve (61). The controller (62) determines whether or not the state of a wheel loader (2) which is detected based on the signals output from the sensors (64 to 68) meets a predetermined steering limiting condition. When the controller (62) determines that the state of the wheel loader (2) meets the steering limiting condition, it outputs a command signal to the outlet pressure switching valve (61). The outlet pressure switching valve (61) reduces the flow rate of the hydraulic oil flowing to steering cylinders (18L, 18R), in response to the command signal in such a manner that the flow rate becomes lower than that corresponding to the operation amount of a handle of a steering device (35).

摘要: A variable flow pump includes: a housing with inlet and outlet chambers interconnected by a main bore and a non-rotating cylinder block positioned in the main bore. The cylinder block includes: a central bore communicating with the inlet chamber; cylinder bores arrayed around the central bore; first feed passages interconnecting the inlet chamber and the cylinder bores, defining a bypass flowpath between the cylinder bores; and at least one discharge valve disposed at the second end which permits fluid flow from the cylinder bores to the discharge chamber but prevents opposite flow; Pistons are disposed in the bores. A shaft is coupled to the pistons so as to cause them to reciprocate through an axial pump stroke when the shaft is rotated. A mechanism is coupled to the cylinder block which modulates the axial position of the cylinder block within the housing, varying the size of the bypass flowpath.
