    Abstract: This application provides a braking mechanism, a mechanical brake, an electronic mechanical braking system, and a vehicle. The braking mechanism includes: a fixed caliper; two braking units, where the two braking units are arranged in a first direction, a braking gap used by a part of a brake disc for extending is formed between the two braking units, each braking unit is movably installed on the fixed caliper in the first direction, and the first direction is parallel to an axis direction of the brake disc; two crankshaft units that are in a one-to-one correspondence with the two braking units, where in each group of the braking unit and the crankshaft unit that correspond to each other, the crankshaft unit is located on a side that is of the braking unit and that is away from the braking gap, the crankshaft unit is rotatably installed on the fixed caliper around a first axis, and the first axis is perpendicular to the first direction; and a drive unit, where the drive unit is in transmission connection with the two crankshaft units through a connecting rod assembly, to drive the two crankshaft units to rotate and drive the two braking units to approach each other. The braking mechanism can avoid a reliability risk of the system.

    Abstract: A disc brake for a vehicle capable of suppressing uneven abrasion of a lining of a friction pad depending on the rigidity of a caliper body and the material of the lining of the friction pad and capable of easily changing an operation feeling. In this disc brake for a vehicle, an inlet-side torque transmitting member 7 for receiving a braking torque of a friction pad 4 and an outlet-side torque transmitting member 8 are each mounted to a friction pad storage portion 3g of a caliper body 3. A first torque transmitting portion 7a of the inlet-side torque transmitting member 7 and a second torque transmitting portion 8a of the outlet-side torque transmitting member 8 are formed so that a thickness (T1) of the first torque transmitting portion 7a in the disc circumferential direction and a thickness (T2) of the second torque transmitting portion 8a in the disc circumferential direction differ from each other. The friction pad 4 is arranged so that the center of the friction pad 4 is offset from the center of the caliper body 3 in the disc circumferential direction.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a vehicle disc brake with increased ease of assembly of a pad spring. A caliper body has a locking groove 3p formed on the inside in the disc radial direction of a forward-travel disc run-in side surface of a ceiling opening 3f, the locking groove 3p locking a pad spring 5. The pad spring 5 comprises: a curved piece 5a abutting against the inside in the disc radial direction of a hanger pin 13 for hanging a friction pad 4; a run-in side pad spring-back part 5b extending from the curved piece 5a to the forward-travel disc run-in side and pressing the friction pad 4 inward in the disc radial direction; a run-out side pad spring-back part 5c extending from the curved piece 5a to the forward-travel disc run-out side and pressing the friction pad 4 inward in the disc radial direction; and a locking piece 5d provided at the tip of the run-in side pad spring-back part 5b, and locked in the locking groove 3p.
