    摘要: A lighter comprising an outer case (16) having a first sidewall disposed in spaced apart relation to a second sidewall, a first end wall disposed in spaced apart relation to a second end wall, and a base connected to the side walls and end walls. A lid (19) having lid end walls and lid side walls connected to a cover. A curved hinge (20) connecting the outer case and lid. An inside unit (13) is provided and is receivable in the outer case. The inside unit has a plate and front and rear lugs. A cam (37) is mounted to the rear lugs and slides over the curved hinge. The cam has a cam contact surface (38) that has curved portions (39) used for sliding over the curved hinge to thus reduce interference when the lid is opened and closed.

    摘要: Disclosed is an improved gaslighter structure which has a detachable support piece to be fitted in the cap and the housing for pivotally fixing the cap to the housing. This arrangement permits complete pivotal connection of the cap to the housing simply by thrusting the upper extension of the support piece into the rear end space of the cap and by thrusting the lower end of the support piece into the rear top inside of the housing until its opposite pivot pins are fitted in the counter sinks on the rear top inside of the housing.

    摘要: Disclosed is an improvement of gaslighter structure which has, in the hollow cylinder space at the rear portion of the housing, a push rod having hooks integrally connected to its op­posite sides. The push rod is spring-biased upwards, and is pushed against the support piece of the cap, thereby permitting the cap to click shut and open. This arrangement permits neces­sary parts including a spring to be assembled in a cap pivot-and-­latch simply by thrusting them in the rear space of the housing. This reduces the difficulty which otherwise, workers would en­counter in assembling parts including a resilient element in a relatively small space. Also, the work of pivoting the cap to the housing can be advantageously separated from the work of as­sembling pivot-and-latch parts.

Die Schwinge (5) weist einen Führungsschlitz (8) in Form eines Kreissektors auf, dessen Kreismittelpunkt (11) geringfügig außerhalb des Gehäuses (12) liegt und durch den zwei mit den beiden Schalen des Gehäuses (12) befestigte Stifte (9, 10) geführt sind. Die Kurvenfläche (4) ist mit zwei kreissektorförmig verlaufenden Kurvenstücke (13, 14) unterschiedlicher Radien ausgebildet und mit einem gerade verlaufenden Führungsstück (15) der Kurvenfläche (4) verbunden sind. Der Drehpunkt (16) der Zündeinheit (1) liegt außerhalb der Längsachse (17) derselben.
