Disclosed herein is a far infrared heater using biofuel. The far infrared heater includes a fuel combustion unit (110), a far infrared transmission window (120), a thermal power controller (130) and an automatic extinguishing unit (140). The fuel combustion unit burns a biofuel stored therein to generate heat. The far infrared transmission window surrounds the fuel combustion unit to prevent flames generated by burning the biofuel from being exposed to the outside. The far infrared transmission window allows far infrared rays generated from the heat source to be radiated to the outside through the far infrared transmission window. The thermal power controller adjusts the degree to which the opening formed in the fuel combustion unit opens and thus controls the thermal power of the heater. The automatic extinguishing unit automatically closes the opening of the fuel combustion unit when the heater vibrates or tilts thus preventing the biofuel from burning or leaking.

The present invention discloses an automatic cooking machine, especially one that can properly control the duration and degree of cooking of cooked materials and can automatically perform various main cooking techniques. The automatic cooking machine comprising a pan, a sensor system, an auto feeding system, an auto adjusting system for heating intensity by gas/electrical heating, an auto turnover system for the cooked materials, an auto taking-out system for the cooked materials and a computer control system. In the present invention, under the control of the computer control system, the sensor system directly detects the duration and degree of cooking of the cooked materials, the auto adjusting system for heating intensity automatically regulates heating power in a continuous manner or a multistage manner, the auto feeding system automatically feeds the cooking-material at the proper duration and degree of cooking, and the auto turnover/taking-out system for the cooked materials turns over and takes out the cooked materials at the proper moment under the requirements of cooking techniques. Therefore, the automatic cooking machine can perform various main cooking techniques, especially those for preparing Chinese dishes.

A combustion-cylinder structure 3 and a reflection plate 4 are provided in a frame body 1. A lower heat-shielding plate 5b is provided between the reflection plate 4 and the upper wall 1E in such a manner that the distance between the lower heat-shielding plate 5b and a partition wall 8 at a side of an opening portion 2 is longer than that at a side of reflection plate 4. Heat ray emitted from the combustion-cylinder structure 3 is reflected by an inclined lower heat-shielding plate 5b and radiates in a forward direction from the frame body 1 through the opening portion 2. Radiation heat radiated by the lower heat-shielding plate 5b, which is to be at high temperature, radiates through the opening portion 2 in a forward direction of the frame body 1. A combustion-gas collision member 6 for blocking a flow of combustion gas running out of the combustion-cylinder structure 3 is provided at the lower heat-shielding plated 5b.
