The voltage conversion apparatus includes a voltage conversion module, where an input terminal of the voltage conversion module is configured to be electrically connected to the first image-forming member, and an output terminal of the voltage conversion module is configured to be electrically connected to the second image-forming member; and the voltage conversion module is configured to convert a first voltage received by the first image-forming member into a second voltage. The first voltage is a voltage required for the first image-forming member to operate, and the second voltage is a voltage required for the second image-forming member to operate.

The method comprises removing the black toner cartridge from the first position, and providing a metallic, light, fluorescent or clear toner printing cartridge and a raster image processor RIP software for printing cartridge remapping. For printing with the metallic, light, fluorescent or clear toner in the background, the metallic, light, fluorescent or clear toner printing cartridge is installed into the first printing cartridge position, allowing printing a layer of metallic, light, fluorescent or clear first. For printing with the metallic, light, fluorescent or clear toner in the foreground, the cyan toner cartridge is removed from the fourth printing cartridge position and the metallic, light, fluorescent or clear toner printing cartridge is installed into the fourth printing cartridge position, which previously housed the cyan toner printing cartridge, and the cyan toner printing cartridge is installed into the first printing cartridge position, which previously housed the black toner printing cartridge, allowing printing metallic, light, fluorescent or clear concurrent with the other colors in a single layer or print metallic, light, fluorescent or clear as a separate layer after the other colors have printed.

    摘要: A method of converting a CMYK color toner printer to a CMYX color toner printer for over print printing in a single pass. A black toner printing cartridge is removed from the first toner cartridge position and a cyan toner printing cartridge is removed from said fourth toner cartridge position. A non-standard toner printing cartridge is provided and installed in the fourth toner cartridge position, and the cyan toner printing cartridge is installed into the first toner cartridge position. A raster image processor software comprises a selection screen for a user to select over or under print configurations. The raster image processor software is configured to remap the toner printing cartridges of the color toner printer so that the printer recognizes that the user has installed a non-standard toner cartridge and the printer can print a layer of non-standard toner over an image in a single pass.
