    Abstract: Disclosed is system (100), apparatus (110) and method (400) for calibration of a simulation model (125) of assets (105) in an industrial plant. The method comprising receiving requirements to predict parameter values using simulation model (125), generating first trained machine learning model from simulation model based on the requirements, calibrating the first trained machine learning model using the parameters (502, 504) as an input to the first trained machine learning model, determining first set of posterior distribution of the parameters of the industrial plant based on calibrated first trained machine learning model, sampling first set of posterior distribution of the parameters, generating second trained machine model based on sampled posterior distribution of parameters, calibrating second trained machine learning model using first set of posterior distribution as input to second trained machine learning model, and determining second set of posterior distribution of the parameters of industrial plant based on calibrated second trained machine learning model.

    Abstract: An industrial information hub (IIH) and an industrial development hub (IDH) serve as an industrial ecosystem platform where multiple participants can deliver repeatable and standardized services relevant to their core competencies. The IIH system is centered around the development of an ecosystem that creates and delivers value to users - including industrial enterprises, OEMs, system integrators, vendors, etc. - through the aggregation of digital content and domain expertise. The IIH system serves as a trusted information broker between the ecosystem and the OT environments of plant facilities, and provides a platform for connecting assets, contextualizing asset data and providing secure access to the ecosystem. As part of this ecosystem, the IIH system uses a secure remote access architecture to allow users to remotely access data on their plant floor assets via a virtual private network connection.
