    摘要: The invention relates to a photovoltaic module comprising a first backsheet, made of polyvinyl fluoride or metal, flat and flexible, one or more photovoltaic cells made of monocrystalline or polycrystalline silicon arranged on the upper face of the first backsheet, at least one transparent plastic film, denoted "frontsheet", arranged on the photovoltaic cells in order to isolate them from the outside. A first sheet of ethylene vinyl acetate is interposed between the first backsheet and the photovoltaic cells and at least one second sheet of ethylene vinyl acetate is interposed between the photovoltaic cells and the transparent plastic film. A second backsheet, flexible with respect to the lying plane thereof, is positioned on the first backsheet, on the opposite side with respect to the cells, and a third sheet of ethylene vinyl acetate interposed between the first backsheet and the second backsheet. The first backsheet, the first one or more sheets made of ethylene vinyl acetate, the photovoltaic cells, the second one or more sheets of ethylene vinyl acetate, the transparent plastic film, the second backsheet and the third sheet of ethylene vinyl acetate are hot- rolled together in order to form a sandwich substantially flexible with respect to the lying plane of any one of the layers thereof. The second backsheet is a metal plate having thickness comprised between 0,5 mm and 5 mm. Advantageously the module is free from completely stiff plates or stiff layers such as, for example, glass plates, which do not bend. Anyway the presence of the second backsheet of metal while allowing flexibility, prevents the photovoltaic cells embedded in the sandwich from being broken when the module undergoes bending, allows the heat dissipation having a significant thickness and further allows to carry out machinings directly on the panel such as eyelets and holes for the direct fastening to surfaces without additional fastening members.

    摘要: An integrated solar cell roofing system comprised of strips of solar cell groups. Each strip is comprised of a length of a substrate of a flexible, waterproof material. A first layer of bonding material is laid on the substrate onto which a group of pre-wired photovoltaic (PV) cells are positioned. A second layer of bonding material is applied and an individual rigid sheet of glass is laid on the second layer over each group of PV cells. Heat and vacuum is then applied to melt the bonding materials thereby bonding the group of PV cells and the glass sheet onto the substrate to form spaced solar cell groups thereon. The strip can then be folded into a fan-fold configuration for handling.
