The first and second frames (16, 17) are interlocked each other through arm rest (13). A seat cushion (11) is rotatably supported on the first frame (16). A back rest (12) is supported on the second frame (17) to be rotatable in back and forth directions through a pivot shaft (68a, 68b). The back rest (12) and the first frame (16) are interlocked each other through a link member (71a, 71b). The link member (71a, 71b) rotates the back rest (12) in a direction where the lower end portion of the back rest (12) is drawn forward when the first frame (16) is rotated to the first position. The back rest (12) and the arm rest (13) are rotatably supported by the second frame (17) through the common pivot shaft (68a, 68b).
