摘要: The present invention discloses a sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ) degrading device based on thermal plasma. In the SF 6 degrading device based on the thermal plasma, a closed shell includes a circulating water cooling interlayer, and a reaction cavity enclosed by the water cooling interlayer; the reaction cavity communicates with a gas inlet control system to receive a carrier gas Ar, a reaction gas H 2 and SF 6 according to a predetermined ratio; annular electrodes are electrically connected to a direct current power supply to generate a thermal plasma jet flow; a sulfur powder filtering device communicates with the reaction cavity to filter out sulfur powder in mixed gas from the reaction cavity; an alkali liquid spraying tower communicates with the sulfur powder filtering device to absorb an acidic gas product; the alkali liquid spraying tower includes a mortar pump for cyclically pumping alkali liquid to form a spray; and a waste gas detection device communicates with the alkali liquid spraying tower to sample and detect waste gas discharged from the alkali liquid spraying tower.
