摘要: An ethylene oxide gas removal method of the present invention is a method for removing ethylene oxide gas emitted into a predetermined partition space (12), and the method includes: a first step of suctioning EO-containing air (CA) that contains ethylene oxide emitted into the partition space (12) and supplying the EO-containing air (CA) to a concentration device (14); a second step of removing a water content from the suctioned EO-containing air (CA), and thereafter adsorbing and concentrating ethylene oxide by an adsorbing material (42), in the concentration device (14); a third step of desorbing the concentrated ethylene oxide from the adsorbing material (42) and sending the ethylene oxide to a removal device (16); and a fourth step of decomposing and removing ethylene oxide gas by the removal device (16).

摘要: A method for reducing the risk of burning and explosion in a deoxygenation process of an oxygen-containing gas. The method comprises: in the presence of a gaseous alkane, mixing an oxygen-containing gas from which an unsaturated hydrocarbon is removed with hydrogen, so that oxygen in the oxygen-containing gas undergoes an oxidation reaction with the hydrogen, wherein the oxygen-containing gas contains the oxygen and the unsaturated hydrocarbon, and the content of the oxygen in the oxygen-containing gas is greater than 0.5% by volume. A gaseous alkane is introduced to reduce the risk of burning and explosion of a mixed gas; a hydrocatalytic reaction is carried out to promote oxygen in the mixed gas to react with hydrogen to produce water, such that the purpose of deoxygenation of an oxygen-containing gas is achieved and the reaction product is clean; and the hydrocatalytic reaction can effectively inhibit the occurrence of carbon deposition on the surface of a catalyst and the production of a carbon oxide, and a strong endurance for fluctuation of the oxygen content in a raw gas is provided.

摘要: A regenerable organic contaminant controller includes a carbon hollow fiber module (110) that includes a passage (120) between an inlet (130) and an outlet, on an opposite end of the carbon hollow fiber module (110) from the inlet (130), such that organic contaminants in contaminated air flowing through the passage (120) are desorbed into pores of the carbon hollow fiber module (110). The regenerable organic contaminant controller also includes wires coupled to the inlet (130) of the carbon hollow fiber module (110) and to the outlet of the carbon hollow fiber module (110). The wires heat the carbon hollow fiber module (110) based on a flow of electricity through the wires. The heat causes release of the organic contaminants from the pores of the carbon hollow fiber module (110).
