摘要: Provided herein is a battery, comprising: a first electrode (12, 14); a first current collector (4) for transferring electrons; a second electrode (12, 14) having an opposite polarity of the first electrode; a separator (2) interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the separator is configured to prevent an internal discharge between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the internal discharge occurs upon a failure of the separator, and wherein the internal discharge activates a temperature trigger and/or a voltage trigger; and a current interrupter (8) as defined herein comprising a gas generating component for transitioning the current interrupter from an engaged to an unengaged configuration upon activation of at least the temperature trigger and/or the voltage trigger.

摘要: A battery rack according to the present disclosure includes a plurality of battery modules; a rack case having receiving portions, each configured to insert and receive each of the plurality of battery modules at each predetermined height, and having a structure in which upper and lower sides and left and right sides are closed except front and rear sides; a fire fighting water supply pipe connected to each of the battery modules received in the receiving portions to supply a fire fighting water when a fire occurs; and a drain guide unit disposed on at least one surface of a front outer surface or a rear outer surface of the rack case, and configured to guide drainage of the fire fighting water to cause the fire fighting water coming out of the battery module after having been fed into the battery module to be dropped down to a location spaced a predetermined distance apart from the outer surface of the rack case.
