摘要:
A slot milling disc having an outer peripheral surface provided with a number of cutting edges (12), means (15) allowing rotary preventing attachment of the slot milling disc to a rotatable mounting shaft and at least one flushing fluid channel (20) having a confined cross-section and extending within the milling disc from an inlet opening (21) located in a central part of the disc and configured to be connected to a source of flushing fluid to at least one outlet opening (22, 23) in the peripheral surface of the disc. The flushing fluid channel has an inner channel portion (25) extending from the inlet opening (21) towards the peripheral surface and ending before reaching this and at least one outer channel portion (28) extending from the inner channel portion while changing direction of the flushing fluid channel and extending to the at least one outlet opening (22).

A tool securing device (2) capable of clamping a tool to a machine spindle as well as assisting in the removal of a tool from a machine spindle, all in a tool-less manner. The tool securing device includes distal means (10) to be releasably gripped by a machine draw bar as well as means (6) to releasably engage a tool.
摘要:
A hydraulic clamping element (1) has a housing (2) which is provided, on an end face (5), with an annular piston (6) which can move in the axial direction of the housing (2) and which delimits an annular space (17) formed in the housing (2). A pressure chamber of which the volume can be varied by turning the pressure screw (4) is formed in a bore (18) of the housing (2). The pressure screw (4) has, over a lengthwise portion, a radial spacing from the wall of the bore (18), with the result that a first pressure chamber (33) is formed. The pressure screw (4) is provided with a pressure ring (25), and at an axial distance thereto there is provided a screw portion (32) having an external thread (321) which interacts with a thread (20') belonging to the housing. A terminal end (32'') of the pressure screw (4) delimits a second pressure chamber (37), and the first and second pressure chambers (33, 37) and the piston space (17) are fluidically connected to one another.
