摘要: Provided are a mold for forming a tire (1) including a tread molding part (20) which is configured to be opened and closed by moving a plurality of segments (21) in a radial direction, and a tire production method using the same. In the mold for forming the tire (1), each of the segments (21) includes a holder (22); a plurality of design surface dividing mold parts (23) disposed in a circumferentially arranged manner on a radially inner side of the holder (22); and a plate spring member (25) to which the plurality of the design surface dividing mold parts (23) are fixed and in which both ends of the plate spring member (25) in a circumferential direction are fixed to the holder (22), and when the tread molding part (20) is opened, by elastic deformation of the plate spring member (25), the plurality of the design surface dividing mold parts (23) are moved in a direction away from the holder (22) with the plurality of the design surface dividing mold parts (23) being rotated.

摘要: There is provided a forming apparatus for constraining a composite charge and forming the composite charge into a highly contoured composite structure. The forming apparatus includes a first die and a second die between which the composite charge is formed. The first die has pairs of first die portions spaced apart to define a die cavity into which the composite charge is formed into a contoured hat section having a cap. The forming apparatus includes a constraining assembly having a constraining device positioned in the die cavity. The constraining device is designed to constrain a cap portion, and to apply an upward resistive force against the cap portion, and against a downward compressive force applied by the second die, to provide wrinkle prevention in the cap as the contoured hat section is formed. The constraining assembly has a retaining element to retain the constraining device.

The magnetic flux traversing the invertible magnet 18; and a control device 33 that determines whether or not there has been a polarity inversion in the induced voltage detected from the coil 31, and if there has been a polarity inversion, warns that the adhesion of the molds M1, M2 has decreased.

摘要: The invention relates to a mould holder 30 for injection moulding processing of polyurethane 34. The mould holder is conformed for holding a mould 32 which comprises a vertically movable bottom wall 36, openable/closable side walls 38 and at least one removable die 40 suitable for constituting the top wall. The mould holder comprises:
- a stiff structure 42;
- a working portion 44 suitable for receiving the side walls of the mould;
- a supporting surface 46 suitable for vertically supporting and moving the bottom wall of the mould; and
- an upper assembly suitable for holding and moving the at least one removable die of the mould.
The mould holder of the invention is characterized in that it comprises an electric servo-motor 50 suitable for controlling the movement of the supporting surface with respect to the stiff structure.-
