    摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Verdeckbezugs (10) eines Faltverdeck (1) für ein Cabriolet-Fahrzeug, wobei der Verdeckbezug (10) eine Außenseite (10a) und eine Innenseite (10b) umfasst und im Bereich einer Randkante (16) mit einem zur Außenseite (10a) weisenden Vorsprung (V), welcher eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende Rinne (42) bildet, ausgeführt ist. Ein Einfassband (24) wird mittels seines ersten Endbereichs (24a) an die Randkante (16) unmittelbar auf der Außenseite (10a) angelegt. Das Einfassband (24) wird mittels einer ersten Naht (30) am Verdeckbezug (10) in einer Höhe H1 ausgehend von der Randkante (16) festgelegt. Ein flexibles oder gummielastisches Profil (44) mit einer Höhe H0 wird auf dem Einfassband (24) fixiert. Die Höhe H0 ist derart bemessen, dass das Profil (44) die erste Naht (30) in der Höhe H1 überdeck. Das Einfassbandes (24) wird anschließend umgeschlagen. Das Einfassband (24) wird im Bereich seines zweiten Endbereichs (24b) mittels einer zweiten Naht (32) in einer Höhe H2 an dem Verdeckbezug (10) festgelegt, wobei ausschließlich der Verdeckbezug (10) und der zweite Endbereich (24b) vernäht werden und die zweite Naht (32) von dem eingefassten Profil (44) verdeckt ist.

    摘要: An open roof construction for a vehicle comprises a movable panel (3) for selectively opening and closing a roof opening and a wind deflector assembly (4) positioned at the front edge of the roof opening. The wind deflector assembly is provided with a substantially rigid upper frame member (6) extending at least along the front edge of the roof opening (1) and a flexible member (11) connected with an upper edge to said upper frame member and with a lower edge to a stationary part (5) of the open roof construction. The upper frame member (6) is movable by an operating mechanism (10) between a lower, inactive position and at least two upper, active positions. The flexible member (11) is provided with tensioning members (13) to keep it taut over its entire width in all active positions, and is provided with a substantially rigid, elongate lower frame member (12) at its lower edge. The lower frame member (12) is connected to the stationary part (5) through the tensioning members (13) having a maximum tension force which is substantially lower than a maximum operating force of the operating mechanism (10).
