摘要: The present invention relates to an active floating cover system for physically covering tanks and/or vessels for storing digestate and/or organic matrices for seasonal use or even only subject to the release of compounds which may cause olfactory nuisance and/or emissions of volatile compounds (such as, for example, H 2 S, NH 3 , CH 4 ) potentially harmful to the environment, with the simultaneous possibility of conveying and removing rainwater.
More particularly, the present invention relates to a floating cover system, made at least in part in plastic material, chemically inert to volatile compounds and to the matrices stored, for the covering of tanks used especially, but not exclusively, in the area of processes of anaerobic digestion of organic substrates, and in particular for tanks for the storage of the digestate obtained from the process. In this application, in fact, the aforementioned conditions, the organic nature of the material stored, the seasonal use of the same (which entails sudden fluctuations in level), the potential release of volatile compounds with a high odorous impact, as well as adverse weather conditions, occur simultaneously.

摘要: A method for identifying an undesired condition in the function of a floating roof of a tank, the method comprising determining a filling level of a product in the tank, detecting a reference distance between a reference position on the roof and the surface using a level gauge mounted on the roof, forming a reference distance deviation as a difference between the reference distance and an expected value, and comparing the reference distance deviation with a specified range. If the reference distance deviation is outside the specified range, a data set including the reference distance deviation and the filling level is stored. These steps are repeated for a plurality of points in time, and the undesired condition is then identified based on stored data sets of reference distance deviations and filling levels. The present invention thus provides an economical method to provide diagnostics of a floating tank roof.

摘要: An anti-sloshing apparatus has a plurality of anti-sloshing blocks (110), each including a buoyant member (111) and a foam member (112) surrounding the buoyant member, and a plurality of connecting members (120, 122) that removably connect the plurality of anti-sloshing blocks together to form a grid structure. Each one of the anti-sloshing blocks (110) is removably connected to adjacent ones of the anti-sloshing blocks by the connecting members (120, 122) and is detachable from the adjacent ones of the anti-sloshing blocks by detaching adjacent ones of the connecting members without affecting a structure formed by the other ones of the anti-sloshing blocks.

摘要: A floating body which is accommodated in a float chamber of a floating roof of a floating roof-type tank includes a main body made of a metal in which an opening is formed in at least one location and which has an internal space, and a lid made of a metal which covers the opening and has an edge portion attached to the opening by a seaming. Between the opening and the edge portion, a first gap which allows a communication between an external space and the internal space of the main body, and permits a movement of an approach and separation between the main body and the lid is provided, and a first contact portion which blocks the first gap when the lid is closest to the main body is provided.

摘要: The invention relates to a floating cover for a reservoir containing liquid mass, such as a manure pit. The cover comprises a buoyancy element (1) and a flexible membrane (9) connected to the buoyancy element (1). The membrane (9) is provided with intermediate members (10) being connected to a wire (11) which is anchored on the buoyancy element (1) by means of anchoring organs (8).
The invention further relates to a method for making a floating cover comprising the steps of:
    - connecting a number of tubes (1) to a tube arrangement,
    - connecting a first rope to one end of the tube arrangement and in a middle position of the length of the tube arrangement,
    - pulling the rope to form a half-circle,
    - connecting a second rope to the first and second end of the tube arrangement and pulling them together, thereby forming a circular tube arrangement,
    - providing a wire (11) in anchoring organs (8) on the tube arrangement,
    - connecting a membrane (9) to the wire (11).

摘要: The invention relates to a vertical round container (1) for storing liquids, comprising a floating cover (6) covering the surface of the liquid. The cover is sealed in relation to the container wall by means of flexible sealing elements (18, 19) and comprises, on the lower side thereof, at least one compartment (62) which is open towards the liquid and contains gaseous media/vapours. Devices (40a) are provided for determining the submersion depth of the cover, and supply/discharge lines (29) are provided for modifying the quantity of the gaseous medium in the at least one compartment. Said round container is characterised in that the supply/discharge lines for the gaseous medium are connected to a central unit (28) provided outside the container region.
