摘要: Disclosed are a type of conjugated triene compounds (1), and a preparation and application thereof. In this method, a 2-(cyclohexenylidene)malonic acid derivative is sequentially subjected to isomerization, halogenation reaction in the presence of a halogenating agent and dehydrohalogenation to prepare the conjugated triene compounds (1). This disclosure further provides a method of preparing a 2-aryl malonic acid derivative from the conjugated triene compounds (1) through aromatization reaction. This disclosure has the following advantages:(1) the present disclosure provides a novel conjugated triene compound (1) and a preparation method thereof; and (2) such a novel compound with multifunctional groups can be used to synthesize other compounds of importance through a further functional group conversion reaction.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of producing an acrylonitrile dimer, the method including: feeding an acrylonitrile monomer, a nonpolar solvent, an alcohol solvent, and a phosphorus-based catalyst to a dimerization reactor to perform a dimerization reaction and reaction product to a distillation column; feeding the acrylonitrile monomer, the nonpolar solvent, and the alcohol solvent from the distillation column to the dimerization reactor; feeding an acrylonitrile dimer and the phosphorus-based catalyst from the distillation column to an extraction device; oxidizing the phosphorus-based catalyst by feeding water including an acid component to the extraction device to inactivate the phosphorus-based catalyst; and separating the inactivated phosphorus-based catalyst and the acrylonitrile dimer.

摘要: A process for separating acrylonitrile from a mixture of acrylonitrile and acetonitrile includes providing a mixture of acrylonitrile and acetonitrile to a recovery column; contacting the mixture of acrylonitrile and acetonitrile with aqueous solvent to provide an acrylonitrile-water azeotrope; and separating the acrylonitrile-water azeotrope from the acetonitrile to provide an overhead stream that includes the acrylonitrile-water azeotrope and about 0.05 weight percent or less acetonitrile, a bottoms stream that includes about 0 to about 0.0075 weight percent acetonitrile, and a sidestream that includes about 5 to about 70 weight % acetonitrile.

摘要: The purification method of an aldehyde compound of the present invention includes a step of neutralizing a reaction solution containing an aldehyde compound by adding water and a base compound to the reaction solution, and a step of distilling the neutralized reaction solution, in which the reaction solution is obtained by reacting a compound represented by the following Formula (a1) or (a2) with hydrogen and carbon monoxide in the presence of a metal compound of groups 8 to 10 and a phosphorus compound, the phosphorus compound is represented by Formula (R 1 O) 3 P, and the base compound is at least one kind selected from among carbonate and hydrogen carbonate of metals of group I on the periodic table and carbonate and hydrogen carbonate of metals of group II on the periodic table.
