摘要:
It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a terminal-modified polybutadiene or terminal-modified hydrogenated polybutadiene that does not become colored or white and turbid, without using an organotin compound. The production method of the present invention comprises reacting an acrylate or methacrylate represented by formula (I), a diisocyanate compound represented by formula (II), and a polybutadiene or hydrogenated polybutadiene having a hydroxyl group at a polymer terminal, represented by formula (III), in the presence of at least one selected from an organoaluminum compound and an organozinc compound (with the proviso that zinc naphthenate is excluded).

[Object] The invention provides rubber compositions having excellent filler dispersibility, crosslinked products having excellent properties such as abrasion resistance, and tires that exhibit enhanced rolling resistance performance and attain simultaneous enhancements in steering stability and ice grip performance by virtue of using the compositions or the crosslinked products in portions of the tires. [Solution] The rubber composition includes 100 parts by mass of a solid rubber (A), 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a modified liquid diene rubber (B) that is obtained by adding a modifying agent to an unmodified liquid diene rubber (B') and has functional groups derived from the modifying agent, and 20 to 150 parts by mass of a filler (C). The modified liquid diene rubber (B) satisfies the following (i) to (iv): (i) the content of butadiene units is not less than 50 mass% relative to the total of all monomer units, (ii) the weight average molecular weight (Mw) is 25,000 to 120,000, (iii) the amount of the modifying agent added is 3 to 40 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the unmodified liquid diene rubber (B'), and (iv) the average number of functional groups per molecule of the modified liquid diene rubber (B) is 5 to 80.

Provided are a photocurable composition a cured product of which does not cause yellowing when photocured and has good mechanical properties and such a cured product of the photocurable composition. A photocurable composition according to the present invention comprising (A) a terminal-modified (hydrogenated) polybutadiene represented by formula [I]: (wherein R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R 2 and R 3 each independently represent a C1-C10 linear or branched alkylene group, a C3-C8 cycloalkylene group optionally substituted by a C1-C6 alkyl group, or a combination of the groups thereof, A represents a polymer chain obtained by polymerizing butadiene, or a polymer chain obtained by hydrogenating the former polymer chain thereof, and m represents 1 or 2) (B) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, and (C) a photo-radical polymerization initiator. And a cured product of the photocurable composition can be obtained by photocuring the photocurable composition.
