A device with power supply mechanism of the present invention includes: a movable body that travels along a rail; and a power supply mechanism that supplies electric power to the movable body, the power supply mechanism including: a primary coil that extends along the rail; a magnetic core that is provided within the primary coil and is shorter than the primary coil; a tubular member that is provided in the movable body and into which the primary coil is inserted; a secondary coil that is wound around an outer circumferential face of the tubular member and to which electric power is supplied from the primary coil due to electromagnetic induction; a first magnet provided in the magnetic core; and a second magnet provided in the tubular member, wherein the magnetic core moves within the primary coil in conjunction with the movable body, due to a magnetic force of the first magnet and the second magnetic force.

    摘要: In order to monitor/adjust production especially in a circular knitting machine comprising several knitting systems and several yarn feeder devices, yarn is fed to active knitting systems from several supply devices operating according to at least two different yarn feeder principles, in a non-positive manner. The individually fed amounts of yarn are continuously measured by means of scanned real rotation signals of the feeder devices. In order to obtain monitoring information and/or adjustment measures, comparisons are made with corresponding set amounts of yarn within at least one range of tolerance, the extent of which is adapted at least to yarn quality and/or yarn path parameters. At least one user interface can be configured in a display in a computerised production monitoring/adjustment device, whereby it is possible to select therein each individual yarn feeder device according to an optimum yarn transport principle for a specific knitting system, from a plurality of yarn feeder devices which are arranged on the circular knitting machine in an operative state for non-positive delivery of said yarn according to two different yarn transport principles, and to operationally allocate each individual yarn feeder device to said specific knitting system.

    摘要: To blow a yarn toward the needles and release it from the gripping device upon yarn feeding in a circular knitting machine, in particular a double cylinder one, a device is provided which is synchronized with each yarn feeding finger regardless of the number of feeds. The device comprises a control cam (31) provided with a boss (32) and rotated synchronically with the needle cylinder(s), an actuating cam (23) provided with two oppositely located notches (24) and connected to the control cam (31) through a normally disengaged coupling controlled by the machine program, and an actuating lever (18) which follows the profile of the actuating cam (23) and controls a valve (11) to cause it to engage with the control cam (31) and be operated by the boss (32) thereof to deliver pressurized airto the yarn feeding area. The valve (11) can be moved into the operative position by means of each yarn feeding finger associated with one feed.
