    摘要: A cooling structure for an internal combustion engine is such that a bottom surface (51) of a cylinder head (5) is recessed so as to form recessed coolant passage (55B) that communicates with an intake-side water jacket part (22a) formed in a cylinder block, and surround periphery of an injector fixing part (53). An upper edge of a water jacket spacer (3) disposed in a block-side water jacket is provided with projections (34) projecting toward the recessed coolant passage (55B) so as to direct at least part of the coolant flowing through the intake-side water jacket part (22a) toward the recessed coolant passage (55B). With this, it is possible to suppress decrease in flow rate of the coolant due to disturbance caused to the coolant flow flowing along the periphery of the injector fixing part (53), to thereby provide a sufficient cooling performance for an injector.
