The inventive exhaust gas turbocharger (2) further comprises an exhaust gas by-pass (31) which bridges the cross section of the turbine inlet and connects the exhaust gas collection chamber to a discharge area (28) of the exhaust gas turbine (3). The exhaust gas turbine (3) forms a pump for a gas-feeding device while a gas-feeding conduit (18, 21) that is assigned to the gas-feeding device extends into the exhaust gas by-pass (31).
