According to the handheld cleaning machine, the axial rotation of the reciprocating shaft is converted into the reciprocating motion of the sleeve, and sliding friction in a transmission eccentric structure is changed into static friction of the first guide assembly, thereby facilitating reducing the deviating force, reducing power loss, improving transmission efficiency, and further facilitating improving the water pressure and flow of the water outlet and improving the use experience of the handheld cleaning machine.
