摘要: The invention relates to a method for machining ribs or grooves on a workpiece comprising a shaft (7) and an air or gas axial bearing (24) attached to the shaft or forming a part of the shaft. The workpiece is rotated about a longitudinal axis of a centrifugal compressor. According to the method, all of the ribs or grooves (24a) are obtained at once by the machining tool on a workpiece portion driven such that it rotates, by moving the workpiece or the tool holder in a longitudinal machining direction, said machining tool moving back and forth with a machining position in contact with the workpiece and a position wherein it is not in contact with the workpiece from the beginning to the end of the workpiece portion. The reciprocating motions of the machining tool are synchronised with the sinusoidal program set up in the machining unit, as well as with the desired, programmed arrangement of the ribs or grooves to be produced on the workpiece portion.

摘要: L'invention se rapporte à un procédé d'usinage de nervures ou rainures sur une pièce comprenant un arbre (7) et un palier axial à air ou à gaz (24) fixé sur l'arbre ou faisant partie de l'arbre. La pièce est mise en rotation autour d'un axe longitudinal d'un compresseur centrifuge. Selon le procédé, toutes les nervures ou rainures (24a) sont obtenues sur une portion à usiner de la pièce entraînée en rotation, par déplacement de la pièce ou du porte-outil dans une direction longitudinale d'usinage, en une fois par l'outil d'usinage effectuant des mouvements de va-et-vient avec une position d'usinage en contact avec la pièce et une position sans contact avec la pièce du début à la fin de la portion à usiner de la pièce. Les mouvements de va-et-vient de l'outil d'usinage sont synchronisés à la programmation sinusoïdale effectuée dans la machine d'usinage, ainsi qu'à l'agencement désiré et programmé des nervures ou rainures à réaliser sur la portion de la pièce.

At least one of a pair of sliding members 10 and 20 is provided with: a group of recessed portions 22A including a plurality of recessed portions 22 and 22' formed in a sliding surface 21 of the sliding member 20; and a plurality of hollow portions 24a to 24d and 24a' to 24d' formed inside the sliding member 20 so as to be out of alignment with the recessed portions 22 and 22' in a thickness direction of the sliding member 20. The sliding member 20 is further provided with the hollow portions 24a to 24d and 24a' to 24d' disposed so as to generate at least part of a new group of recessed portions until the sliding member 20 is worn by the thickness of deepest one of the recessed portions 22 and 22'.

摘要: The present invention relates to a gas bearing (120) for a centrifugal compressor, comprising a housing and a motor shaft (110) located within the housing. The gas bearing comprises: a bearing housing (121), sleeved on an outer side of the motor shaft (110) and fixed on the housing of the centrifugal compressor; an electromagnetic stator (122), fixed in or near the middle of the top of the bearing housing (121), and wound with a coil that can be powered; an electromagnetic rotor (123), fixed on an outer surface of the motor shaft (110) and arranged circumferentially around the motor shaft; and a foil (124), located between the bearing housing (121) and the motor shaft (110), and attached with a friction-resistant coating. The present invention further proposes a centrifugal compressor configured with the gas bearing, and a refrigeration system equipped with the centrifugal compressor.
