    摘要: A fuel pump including a low pressure infeed leading to a pumping chamber, a pumping plunger for pressurizing fuel in the pumping chamber, an outlet valve for delivering pressurized fuel from the pumping chamber to a high pressure outlet line during pumping, and an overpressure relief valve connected between the high pressure outlet line and the pumping chamber. A ball type relief valve element is spring biased to close against the relief valve seat. The spring is in a spring chamber that is fluidly isolated from the pumping chamber while the valve element is closed, preferably in direct hydraulic communication with the low pressure infeed, thereby reducing dead volume during normal pumping. The spring can act on the valve element through a piston, and in an alternative embodiment, the piston can provide a spill path from the pumping chamber to the low pressure infeed.

    摘要: A bleed valve (100) for a gas turbine engine compressor has a valve body (102) and a flapper (116). The valve body (102) defines a flow path and includes a flapper seat (112). The flow path extends through the valve body (102). The flapper (116) is pivotally connected to the valve body (102) and is movable between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position the flapper (116) seats against the flapper seat (112) and blocks the flow path. In the open position the flapper (116) is angled towards the valve body inlet such that fluid moving through the valve body (102) exerts force on the flapper (116), urging the flapper (116) towards the closed position. A biasing member operatively connects the valve body (102) and the flapper (116) and has a biasing force urging the flapper toward the open position.

    摘要: A movable member is fitted in the middle in the vertical direction of a valve body core fitting that forms a gate valve body, and the movable member presses an elastic seal member from the inside of the seal member toward a tube inner wall surface located in a direction crossing the direction of insertion of the seal member. The movable member has arms and contact sections. The arms each have a second inclined section for pressing the elastic seal member against the tube inner wall surface upon receiving pressing action from a first inclined section that is formed on a pressing member and changes the direction of pressing. The contact sections are in contact with and press the inside of the elastic seal member. The contact sections of the movable member have recesses having inside the elastic seal member.
