    摘要: The invention provides a non-rising spindle gate valve, comprising a body (2), a bonnet (3) connected to the body (2), a stem (4), a wedge (5) and a shear device (6), an upper end of said stem (4) being connected to the shear device (6) and a lower end thereof being connected to the wedge (5), wherein said stem (4) is relatively rotatably supported in said bonnet (3) by rolling bearings. The gate valve uses a shear device (6) to protect inner components of the valve from excessive operation torque. Guides are used to position the wedge in a process of rubber coating so as to ensure uniform thickness of coating. The gate valve has a small operation torque, is sealed reliably, has a long service life, and is easy to assemble.

    摘要: A valve device capable of solving problems in a conventional valve device using a planetary gear as valve plates wherein its closing capability as a valve function developed by closing clearances between the valve plates and valve seats does not become complete since the degree of freedom of the valve plates is limited due to the slidable contact of the valve plates on guide portions therefor and due to tolerances of and friction between the teeth of the planetary gear, a sun gear, and an internal gear, the seal surfaces of the valve seats are damaged and the valve closing function is adversely affected due to the slidable contact of the seal surfaces of the valve seats on the moving valve plates, and adjustment for reducing an opening force and securing the valve closing function is indispensable for a conventional stop valve. This valve device comprises a planetary gear formed in a ring shape, and two sheets of valve plates are partly installed in the hole part of the planetary gear oppositely to each other to realize rapid opening and closing by high opening and closing speed and a reduction in installation space. Thus, the valve device thus provided can eliminate the need of reducing the operating force of a conventional stop valve and adjusting (working) to secure the closing function of the valve and remarkably improve the valve function and the productivity.
