In a reheating dehumidification operation, in the first heat exchange portion (7a), the flow of refrigerant with respect to the flow of air is the parallel flow, and in the second heat exchange portion (7b), the flow of refrigerant with respect to the flow of air is a counterflow.

Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass der Wärmepumpenkreislauf (1) derart ausgebildet ist, dass der dritte Wärmeübertrager (1.3) zum Kühlen des Gebäudes als Verdampfer betreibbar ist.
