    Abstract: An X-ray inspection device of the present disclosure includes an X-ray output portion irradiating X-rays to a battery including a plurality of electrode layers and a separator interposed between the plurality of electrode layers; an X-ray detection portion acquiring a plurality of gray values based on intensity of the X-rays that have transmitted through the battery among the X-rays; a signal processing portion acquiring an X-ray image including the plurality of gray values; and an inspection portion determining whether the battery is defective based on a comparison result of gray values included in a selected area of the X-ray image and a reference value corresponding to the selected area.
