    摘要: A low-cost and high-accuracy threshold voltage (Vth) sensor is shown. In addition to a current mirror implemented by an operational amplifier and two metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), the Vth sensor uses an active device and a diode-connected MOSFET. The active device is provided to determine a constant current that is mirrored from the first MOSFET to the second MOSFET of the current mirror. The diode-connected MOSFET is coupled between the drain terminal of the second MOSFET and the ground terminal. The constant current flows through the diode-connected MOSFET to generate an output voltage that contains information about a threshold voltage (Vth) of a MOSFET.

    摘要: A bias circuit (100) for an RF amplifier (AMP) includes a current mirror circuit (110), an operational amplifier (120), and a bias generating circuit (130). The current mirror circuit (110) includes a reference branch circuit (112) and at least one mirror branch circuit (114). The reference branch circuit (112) generates a reference current (Iref) according to a base current (IB), and the at least one mirror branch circuit (114) generates at least one mirrored current (Im1) according to the reference current (Iref). The operational amplifier (120) receives a first voltage (V1) from the reference branch circuit (112) and a second voltage (V2) from the at least one mirror branch circuit (114), and adjusts the first voltage (V1) by generating a control voltage (Vctrl) according to the second voltage (V2). The bias generating circuit (130) generates a bias signal (Sbias) according to the at least one mirrored current (Im1).
