摘要: A remote controlled miniature circuit breaker includes a helical gear that engages with mating teeth of a slider plate coupled to main contacts of the circuit breaker, the helical gear including a flat portion to allow the sliding plate to slide past the helical gear. A unidirectional motor responds to an external signal to drive the helical gear while engaging the mating teeth of the slider plate, thereby moving the slider plate to close the main contacts. The motor is configured to respond to an external signal to resume the unidirectional rotation of the helical gear to position the flat portion of the gear to allow the slider plate to slide past the helical gear and contact a kicker lever to thereby open the main contacts. A trip lever pivotally mounted separately from the kicker lever, pushes the kicker lever to open the main contacts in a trip operation.

摘要: Embodiments of present disclosure relate to an apparatus for operating an electric switching device. The apparatus comprises: a main shaft configured to be rotated to a plurality of predetermined positions to change a state of the electric switching device; a motor configured to rotate the main shaft via a transmission mechanism when the apparatus operates in an electric operating mode; a braking mechanism configured to brake the motor in response to the main shaft being rotated to each of the plurality of predetermined positions when the apparatus operates in the electric operating mode; a disc coupled to the main shaft and being rotatable along with the main shaft, the disc comprising a plurality of blocking parts and a plurality of slots between the plurality of blocking parts; and a manual lever comprising a rotatable part and a projecting part arranged at an end of the rotatable part, wherein in a manual operating mode of the apparatus, the projecting part is configured to be able to be rotated into the disc via one of the plurality of slots when the main shaft is located at one of the plurality of predetermined positions, and be able to slide out from the disc via another one of the plurality of slots when the main shaft is rotated to another one of the plurality of predetermined positions.

摘要: The invention relates to a control unit (7) for a medium voltage switching apparatus (1).
The control unit is characterised in that said control unit (7) is adapted to carry out a diagnostic method (100) to check operating conditions of one or more components of said electric poles (2).
The diagnostic method (100) comprises the following steps:
- basing on a selected ideal position curve (C IP ), obtaining (101) one or more first curves (C Iv , C IT ) indicative of an ideal behaviour of said switching apparatus, during an opening manoeuvre or closing manoeuvre of the switching apparatus;
- basing on detection signals (P F , v F , T F ) provided by a closed-loop control arrangement (72) of said control unit, calculating (102) one or more second curves (C Av , C AT ) indicative of an actual behaviour of said switching apparatus, during an opening manoeuvre or closing manoeuvre of said switching apparatus;
- carrying out (103) a comparison procedure (150) among said first and second curves (C Iv , C IT , C Av , C AT ). -
