摘要: The present application relates to a heating assembly, a battery and an electric device. A heating sheet (31) is attached to the surface of a battery cell (20) to heat the battery cell (20). When the battery cell (20) is heated and expanded, cracks (3111) can break under the expansion force of the battery cell (20), so that the heating sheet (31) is deformed synchronously with the battery cell (20), thereby preventing the heating sheet (31) from being separated from the battery cell (20). Therefore, the heating efficiency of the heating sheet (31) on the battery cell (20) can be improved.

摘要: The present technology provides a battery module including a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells with electrode leads are stacked, bus bar frame assemblies coupled to the electrode leads, and side frames disposed on both sides of the battery cell stack and coupled to the bus bar frame assemblies, in which the bus bar frame assemblies or the side frames include coupling projections and the other may inclulde insertion coupling portions, the bus bar frame assemblies and the side frames are coupled to each other by inserting the coupling projections into the insertion coupling portions, and both an upper surface and a lower surface of the battery cell stack, excluding surfaces thereof to which the side frames and the bus bar frame assemblies are coupled, are open. The present technology also provides a battery pack including the battery module.

摘要: A power storage module includes: a first holder including a first housing part that houses one end side of a power storage device, and an opening part passing through the first housing part; a second holder including a second housing part that houses another end side of the power storage device; a heat exchange member facing an end surface of the first holder; and a heat conductive material that thermally connects the one end side of the power storage device and the heat exchange member, the power storage device including a heat transfer mechanism on the one end side as a heat transfer structure used for the power storage module and a gas exhaust mechanism on the other end side. The heat transfer mechanism includes, on one end side, a protrusion that is insertable into the opening part, and the protrusion is thermally connected to the heat conductive material with being inserted into the opening part.

The battery pack includes a sub-holder assembly including first and second sub-holders arranged adjacent to each other, each saccommodating a plurality of battery cells and including side portions extending in first and second directions different from each other, a first inner plate and a first outer plate provided at an inner position and an outer position of the sub-holder assembly, respectively, and extending in the first direction with the first sub-holder therebetween, the first inner plate and the first outer plate including an upper locking protrusion and a lower locking protrusion that protrude toward an upper surface and a lower surface of the first sub-holder, respectively, in a third direction intersecting with the first and second directions and a nut member that is arranged together with the lower locking protrusion in the first direction, and a fastening member sequentially passing through a cooling plate and the nut member and accommodated in a lower portion of the first sub-holder, wherein the cooling plate is disposed below the first and second sub-holders.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmeübertragerplatte (1), welche einen aus zumindest zwei Plattenelementen (3, 4) gebildeten Plattenkörper (2) und mindestens einen Anschlussstutzen (6) für ein Kühlfluid aufweist. Plattenkörper (2) und Anschlussstutzen (6) sind löttechnisch miteinander gefügt. Der Anschlussstutzen (6) besitzt einen Fügeabschnitt (7), der in einem zwischen den Plattenelementen (3, 4) ausgebildeten Aufnahmeabschnitt (8) des Plattenkörpers (2) gefügt ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist ein Lotstoppmittel (15) vorgesehen, welches den Lotfluss bei der Herstellung der Lötverbindung begrenzt. Das Lotstoppmittel (15) kann durch ein Dichtmetall gebildet sein, welches auf dem Fügeabschnitt (7) des Anschlussstutzen (6) vor und/hinter einem auf dem Fügeabschnitt (7) applizierten Lotwerkstoff (11) angeordnet ist. Auch kann das Lotstoppmittel (15) durch eine stirnseitig am Aufnahmeabschnitt (8) anliegende Ringwulst (16) gebildet sein.
