摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Batteriezelle mit einem Zellgehäuse, in dem ein Zellstack (1) angeordnet ist, wobei während eines Prozesses zur Fertigung der Batteriezelle ein Batteriezellen-Zwischenprodukt (21) gebildet ist, in dem der Zellstack (1) im Gehäuseinneren angeordnet ist und ein aus Ableiterfahnen (2) des Zellstacks (1) gebildetes Ableiterbündel (5) mit einem Kontaktelement (11) verlängert ist, das mit einem Zellterminal (7) der Batteriezelle elektrisch kontaktierbar ist, wobei ein Verbund (23) aus Ableiterfahnenbündel (5) und Kontaktelement (11), insbesondere quer zu einer Zellstack-Stapelrichtung (S), aus einer offenen Zellgehäuseöffnung (19) ragt, und wobei in einem Zusammenbauzustand der Verbund (23) aus Ableiterfahnenbündel (5) und Kontaktelement (11) in einem Biegevorgang in einen Montagespalt (24) zwischen Zellstack (1) und einem Wandelement (9), insbesondere Zellgehäuseboden, positioniert ist, das die Zellgehäuseöffnung (19) schließt. Erfindungsgemäß verbleibt im Biegevorgang das insbesondere biegestarr ausgebildete Kontaktelement (11) unverformt, das heißt ohne Biegung, während im Biegevorgang ausschließlich die insbesondere biegeweich ausgebildeten Ableiterfahnen (5) verformbar sind.

The present invention provides a cutting device comprising: a first cutter portion (210) which forms a first cutting line (113) in an axial direction on the uncoated portion (15) extending in the axial direction, while moving in the axial direction of the electrode assembly (110), and separates a scheduled cutting portion (115a) and a scheduled forming portion (117a) on the basis of the first cutting line (113); and a second cutter portion (220) which forms a second cutting line (16a) in the circumferential direction with respect to the uncoated portion (15) wound in the circumferential direction, while moving in the radial direction of the electrode assembly (110), and forms a cut surface portion (115) in the uncoated portion (15) of the electrode assembly (110) by making the second cutting line (16a) be connected to the first cutting line (113) and thus cutting an outer portion (117b) of the scheduled forming portion (117a) and the scheduled cutting portion (115a) surrounded by the first cutting line (113) and the second cutting line (16a).

The electrode assembly (22) includes a body portion (251) and a lead-out portion (252) that are disposed in a first direction (X), the body portion (251) being electrically connected to an electrode terminal (241) via the lead-out portion (252). The lead-out portion (252) includes a tab portion (253) and a conductive structure (254). A first end of the conductive structure (254) is welded to the tab portion (253) to form a welded zone (255), a second end of the conductive structure (254) is connected to the electrode terminal (241), and the conductive structure (254) extends along a direction leaving the body portion (251). A melting zone (26) is provided between the welded zone (255) and the body portion (251). The technical solution of this application can reduce the probability of thermal runaway of batteries.

The second electrode plate (20) is provided with a second mounting groove (221) on a surface facing the first electrode plate (10), the first electrode plate adhesive (50) being accommodated in the second mounting groove (221). With the foregoing structure, the electrochemical apparatus (100) of some embodiments of this application can effectively solve the problem of increased overall thickness of the electrochemical apparatus (100) caused by the provision of the first tab adhesive(40) and the first electrode plate adhesive (50).

摘要: Provided are a current collecting member, an energy storage device, and a power consuming apparatus. The current collecting member includes an adapter and an insulator. The adapter includes a first connecting portion, a fuse portion, and a second connecting portion, and a ratio of the width of the fuse portion in a width direction of the adapter to the width of the first connecting portion and a ratio of the width of the fuse portion in the width direction of the adapter to the width of the second connecting portion each are in a range from 1/6 to 4/5. The first connecting portion is provided with first corners at an end of the first connecting portion close to the second connecting portion, and the second connecting portion is provided with second corners at an end of the second connecting portion close to the first connecting portion. The insulator is provided with a first protective portion, a second protective portion and a third protective portion in a length direction of the adapter. The first protective portion covers the first corners, the second protective portion covers the second corners, the third protective portion covers a first surface of the fuse portion of the adapter, and a second surface of the fuse portion is at least partially exposed from the insulator. According to the present disclosure, an electrode assembly can be prevented from being cut by the first corners and the second corners by covering the first corners and the second corners with the insulator, thereby effectively protecting the electrode assembly.
