摘要: Provided is a battery. The battery includes a core cell including first and second surfaces opposite each other along a first axis, first and second electrode tabs respectively disposed on the first and second surfaces of the core cell, and first and second coupling parts respectively fixing the first and second electrode tabs on the first and second surfaces, respectively, wherein the first and second coupling parts are respectively formed along a concave arc shape toward the center position of the first and second surfaces. While forming a conductive connection to the electrode of the core cell and the electrode of the core cell, the position of the coupling part that intermediates the coupling between the electrode tabs forming the charge and discharge path of the core cell indicates the position as an appropriate position that is advantageous in the relatively flatness side surface and may improve weldability on the first and second surfaces where the first and second electrodes are formed. In addition, through the design of the shape of the coupling part designed in an arc shape extending to both sides centering on the curved position that may be exposed to external impact, by propagating an external impact along both sides of the curved position, the destruction of coupling parts may be prevented while preventing local stress concentration, and as a result, it is possible to increase the bonding strength between the core cell and the electrode tab. Thus, a battery may be provided, in which peeling off of an electrode tab lifted from a core cell due to an external impact may be prevented.

摘要: This application relates to the field of energy storage technologies and particularly discloses an electrochemical apparatus and an electric device. The electrochemical apparatus includes a housing, an electrode assembly accommodated in the housing, a first tab, and a second tab. The housing includes a top wall, a side wall, and a bottom wall, where the top wall is provided with a first electrode. The electrode assembly includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate. The first tab is connected to the first electrode plate and the first electrode. The second tab is connected to the second electrode plate. When viewed in a direction perpendicular to the top wall, an included angle between a length direction of the first tab and a length direction of the second tab is denoted as θ, satisfying: 0° ≤ θ ≤ 60°. When the electrochemical apparatus is in a charging/discharging state, a current direction on the first tab is different from a current direction on the second tab, and a magnetic field generated by the first tab and a magnetic field generated by the second tab can at least partially cancel each other out, weakening a magnetic field generated by the electrochemical apparatus.

摘要: Disclosed is an electrode assembly, a battery, and a battery pack and a vehicle including the same. One end of the electrode assembly includes a plurality of segment alignments in which the plurality of segment groups are aligned along a radial direction, and an electrolyte impregnation portion provided between segment alignments adjacent in a circumferential direction, wherein an end of the first active material portion is exposed between winding turns of the separator. The segments included in the segment alignment are bent toward the core to form a bending surface region. An end of the separator is spaced apart from a criterion line extending in a winding axis direction along a location corresponding to the plurality of cut grooves by 30% or less of a minimum height of the segments forming the bending surface region.

摘要: The present application provides a rolled core and a battery, where the rolled core includes a positive electrode piece having a paste-removal portion of positive electrode piece, and a negative electrode piece including a negative current collector (10), a negative active material layer (20), and a gap filling body (30); the paste-removal portion of positive electrode piece is a missing part of the positive electrode piece relative to the negative electrode piece at a winding-start end of the rolled core; the negative current collector (10) includes a first side and a second side which are opposite to each other, and at least one of the first side and the second side is provided with a negative active material layer (20); the gap filling body (30) is arranged on one of the first side and the second side at a position corresponding to the winding-start end of the rolled core. The present application improves the flatness of the inner ring of the rolled core of the battery, reduces expansion deformation of the battery caused by uneven stress during cyclic expansion process, and reduces capacity degradation and battery failure caused by the edge precipitation of lithium, thereby improving battery usage effect.
