摘要: To carry out a failure diagnose of a leakage detecting device highly precisely, first voltage an output unit (11a, OP1) generates a cyclic voltage that changes cyclically, and applies the cyclic voltage to the other end of a coupling capacitor (Cc) via a first resistance (R1). A second resistance (R2) and a third resistance (R3) are connected in series between a node and a second voltage output unit (11e, OP3), the node being between the coupling capacitor (Cc) and the first resistance (R1). A voltage measurement unit (11b) measures a voltage at a voltage dividing point between the second resistance (R2) and the third resistance (R3). In a period in which two types of fixed voltages are applied to the voltage dividing point in order, a diagnosing unit (11d) determines whether the leakage detecting device (10) is in a normal state, based on the voltage measured by the voltage measurement unit (11b).

摘要: This application provides a converter, a method, and a system applied to a photovoltaic power generation system. The converter includes a controller and at least one switching transistor. The converter supports access of at least two photovoltaic units, the at least two photovoltaic units are connected in series inside the converter by using the switching transistor, and the photovoltaic unit is formed by at least one photovoltaic component connected in series and in parallel. The controller is configured to: when a shutdown instruction is received or a heartbeat instruction is lost within a preset time period, control the switching transistor to be disconnected, so that any two photovoltaic units connected in series are disconnected. According to the converter provided in this application, any two photovoltaic units connected in series can be disconnected when the photovoltaic power generation system is shut down. In this way, no dangerous high voltage exists in a photovoltaic array formed by the photovoltaic units, thereby improving safety of the photovoltaic power generation system.

摘要: A voltage monitoring device comprises input connectors for receiving an input voltage, a linkage (7, 8, 14), a spring (12) for urging the linkage (7, 8, 14) towards a first stable position, and a solenoid (5) powered by the input voltage and adapted to displace the linkage (7, 8, 14) from the first position to a second position if a voltage applied to the solenoid (5) exceeds a first threshold, and to maintain the linkage in the second position while the voltage applied to the solenoid exceeds a second threshold lower than the first threshold. A switch (22) controlled by the linkage (7, 8, 14) is connected to the input connectors and to the solenoid (5) so as apply a first percentage of the input voltage to the solenoid (5) while the linkage (7, 8, 14) is in the first position and to apply a second percentage of the input voltage (Vcc) to the solenoid (5) while the linkage (7, 8, 14) is in the second position, the second percentage being less than the first percentage.

摘要: To improve power failure detection accuracy, while increasing power failure detection sensitivity as compared to that in conventional techniques, in a controller of an AC electric vehicle having a power failure detection function in an overhead contact line. The controller includes a first specific-frequency-current computation unit 14a that extracts a current component corresponding to a first specific frequency set value Fset1 from a main-transformer output current IS and outputs the current component as a first specific-frequency current I1, a subtractor 16 that subtracts the first specific-frequency current I1 from the main-transformer output current IS and outputs a subtraction result as a current deviation DI1, a second specific-frequency-current computation unit 15a that extracts a current component corresponding to a second specific frequency set value Fset2 from the current deviation DI1 and outputs the current component as a second specific-frequency current I2, and a power-failure detection unit 19a that compares the second specific-frequency current I2 with a predetermined power-failure detection-current set value Iset and outputs a power-failure detection signal when the second specific-frequency current I2 is larger than the power-failure detection-current set value Iset.
