    摘要： A manufacturing device includes a stage mechanism on which a first workpiece is disposed and a controller that controls the stage mechanism. The controller includes: a first instruction generating unit that gives a control instruction to a stage mechanism according to the second workpiece superimposed on the first workpiece such that the first workpiece and the second workpiece are parallel to each other; a model creation unit that creates a physical model based on displacement in an actuator caused by the second workpiece coming into contact with the first workpiece; a second instruction generating unit that generates a control instruction such that the actuator generates displacement according to the physical model; and a third instruction generating unit that generates a control instruction for generating drive force calculated based on a product of a spring constant and the displacement generated in the actuator.
