    摘要: This application provides a receiver (400), a transmitter (300), and a signal transmission method, to resolve a problem that movement and a posture change of a terminal are limited. The receiver (400) includes a fluorescence conversion unit (410) and a fluorescence extraction unit (420), where an output end of the fluorescence conversion unit (410) is connected to an input end of the fluorescence extraction unit (420). The fluorescence conversion unit (410) is configured to: receive a first optical signal with m wavelengths sent by the transmitter, and convert the first optical signal with m wavelengths into a first fluorescence signal. The fluorescence extraction unit (420) is configured to generate n channels of fluorescence signals based on the first fluorescence signal, where wavelengths of fluorescence signals in a same channel are the same, and m and n are both positive integers.

    摘要: An optical transceiver may include an optical transmitter and an optical receiver. The optical transmitter and receiver may each include a grid including one or more lanes spaced apart. Each lane may correspond to a predetermined optical signal, or wavelength. The optical transmitter may include one or more sets of lasers to output one or more optical signals corresponding to the grid. Each set of laser may output a set of optical signals. Each set of lasers and, therefore, each set of optical signals may have a different passband. For example, the multiplexing and/or demultiplexing architecture may have a wide passband for the first set of optical signals and a narrow passband for the second set of optical signals. The narrow passband may be determined based on the space between two wider passbands. The optical signals output by the first and second set of lasers may be multiplexed before being transmitted by the optical transmitter. In some examples, the optical signals output by the first set of lasers may be multiplexed into a first composite signal and the optical signals output by the second set of lasers may be multiplexed into a second composite signal. The first and second composite signals may be interleaved by an interleaver. The optical receiver may receive a multiplexed optical signal and demultiplex the multiplexed optical signal into one or more optical signals corresponding to the lanes on the grid.

    摘要: A receiver for receiving an incident beam of optical power from a remote transmitter over a predefined field of view, comprising a transparent or semi-transparent front surface window adapted to allow transmission therethrough of light of the beam coming from a field of view of the remote transmitter, and configured to have mechanical durability selected to withstand a predetermined level of handling. The receiver has a retroreflector with a size such that it is operative over only a substantially small part of the area of the beam of optical power incident on the front surface window, the retroreflector being adapted to return a portion of the incident beam of optical power to generate a feedback signal to enable lasing to commence, The receiver also has a photovoltaic cell shielded from the user by the front surface window, and adapted to absorb the beam and to convert it to electrical power, and in addition, a marker for detection and identification of the receiver. The pupil of the retroreflector is adapted to be at or close to the front surface window.
