    摘要： Embodiments of this disclosure relate to a sidelink communication method, a device, a storage medium, and a computer program product. The method provided herein includes: A first user equipment receives a first message from a second user equipment; the first user equipment determines, based on the first message, a first frequency used to communicate with the second user equipment, where the first user equipment supports at least the first frequency and a second frequency, and the second user equipment supports at least the first frequency; and the first user equipment sends a second message to the second user equipment at the first frequency, where the second message is associated with a unicast connection establishment process or a discovery process. Based on a communication mechanism provided in this disclosure, the unicast connection establishment process or the discovery process can be performed on a carrier supported by all terminal devices that perform communication, to ensure that the unicast connection establishment process or the discovery process can be correctly performed, thereby improving sidelink communication quality.

The method may comprise the steps of: obtaining sidelink discontinuous reception (SL DRX) configuration comprising information relating to active time; obtaining a first reference signal received power (RSRP) threshold for resource selection in the active time; obtaining a second RSRP threshold for resource selection; triggering resource selection in a slot; determining a selection window on the basis of which the resource selection is triggered; determining at least one first candidate resource in the active time in the selection window, on the basis of the first RSRP threshold; determining at least one second candidate resource in the selection window on the basis of the second RSRP threshold; and selecting a transmission resource from among the at least one first candidate resource and at least one second candidate resource, on the basis of which (i) the number of at least one first candidate resource is a first threshold or more and (ii) the number of at least one second candidate resource is a second threshold or more.

For example, the first device may acquire an SL DRX configuration including information related to an SL DRX timer for an active time and information related to an SL DRX cycle. For example, the SL DRX timer for the active time may include at least one of an SL DRX on-duration timer and an SL DRX inactivity timer. For example, at least one of a time in which the SL DRX onduration timer is running and a time in which the SL DRX inactivity timer is running may be included in the active time. For example, the first device may trigger an SR for requesting a first resource within a first SL DRX cycle. For example, the first device may trigger generation of an SL DRX command CE for stopping the SL DRX timer. For example, on the basis of the first resource being within an active time related to a second SL DRX cycle, the triggered SL DRX command MAC CE may be canceled.
