    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost cutting knife with good mounting property of a replacement blade and with a smaller number of parts. SOLUTION: The cutting knife 1 is composed of the replacement blade 3 mounted on a blade body 2 in a detachable manner. The blade body 2 is composed of a groove section 21 open at one end in the height direction and also open at the tip end in the longitudinal direction. The replacement blade 3 is positioned on the groove section 21 in a way that a cutting edge 32 is exposed. A pair of walls which constitutes a side wall of the groove section 21 is energized in a direction which the opening side end sections in the height direction approach each other and the replacement blade 3 is held in a sandwiched manner by the pair of walls. A back space 11 is formed between a back side 31 of the replacement blade 3 and a bottom surface 210 of the groove section 21 through the entire longitudinal direction of the replacement blade 3. The replacement blade 3 is equipped with a bearing section 33 which brings the opening side end sections of the pair of walls of the blade body 2 into contact with each other. The groove section 21 is made thicker at the part where the back space 11 is formed than the thickness of the replacement blade 3 excluding the bearing section 33 in a state that the replacement blade 3 is not attached.
