PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving solubility of poorly soluble substances that is capable of improving solubility of essentially any poorly soluble substances.SOLUTION: A method involves covering a poorly soluble substance with fine particles of a calcium compound such as calcium phosphate or calcium carbonate and at least one type selected from a pH controlling agent and a surfactant by application of mechanical energy.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mass-producing packaged bean curd refuse tea beverage having fixed flavor and body by efficiently producing the bean curd refuse tea beverage.SOLUTION: This method for mass-producing the bean curd refuse tea beverage includes each of the processes of the raw bean curd refuse drying process of drying raw bean curd refuse at 100-110°C to bring the water content to 5-40 wt.%, the roasting process of roasting the product at 140-250°C, the extracting filtration process of extracting and filtering with water or hot water using a 100-200 mesh bag or a 20-200 mesh filter, the adjusting process of adjusting the filtered liquid so as to bring the water content to 40-200 L based on the 1 kg roasted bean curd refuse, the clarifying filtration process of clarifying filtering the adjusted liquid with a 200-400 mesh filter, and the filling process of filling in a package, the bean curd refuse tea beverage obtained in the clarifying filtration process.
