Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet metal surface correction tool capable of correcting a sheet metal surface by pushing out or pulling in the sheet metal surface according to the property of the sheet metal surface by one tool.
SOLUTION: The sheet metal surface correction tool comprises a housing (10) and a piston mechanism (80) having a cylinder (86) and a piston (81). The housing comprises an air introducing means (20) having an air flow passage means which is arranged in a freely changing manner and air introduction passages (21A, 21B, 21C) for introducing compressed air in the housing, an impact wrench mechanism (30) which is stored in the housing and operated by the compressed air fed in the housing via the air introducing means, and a screw bolt to which the rotational force is given by the impact wrench mechanism. The piston is movably arranged in the cylinder so as to be retractable interlockingly with the rotation of the screw bolt. The air passage in the housing is changed to allow the piston of the piston mechanism to be advanced/retracted, and the sheet metal surface can be pushed/pulled to correct the sheet metal surface.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which can prevent a cleaning fluid from finding its way into a through hole when cleaning a coating roll with the through hole formed on both sides, and also efficiently clean the coating roll even when cleaning a large number of the rolls.
SOLUTION: In order to clean the coating roll R with the through hole "h" formed on both sides, a small diameter part of a pair of tapered cone-shape insertion members 23 of a hard urethane rubber, is inserted fast into the through hole "h" of the roll R, and a lifter is made to descend by a vertically actuated cylinder unit and soaked into the cleaning fluid of a first cleaning tank 1 upto a position slightly below the through hole "h". After that, the roll R is ultrasonic-cleaned by emitting ultrasonic wave into the deaerated cleaning fluid with the help of an ultrasonic oscillator 30, while the roll R is made to revolve around a roll shaft through the insertion member 23 by a revolving motor. At the same time, both sides of the roll R are brush-cleaned using a revolving brush 27.

SOLUTION: The apparatus of present invention is equipped with; a first holding component inside which a passage is set up in a planar shape corresponding to that of one surface side, a second holding component inside which a passage is set up in a planar shape corresponding to that of another surface side, an operation member to make the first and second holding components mutually approach, and a heating medium supply means to supply and recover the heating medium to and from the passages of first and second holding components. The molding is heated by the heating medium circulating inside respective passages while it is constrained between the first and second holding components so that it is made deformable into the desired shape.
