SOLUTION: The chuck attitude controlling device 17 fitted to an taking-out machine 1 which controls the movement of the molding holding chuck 3 and takes out the molding from a resin molding machine is connected with a chuck fitting member supported by a support fitted to a movable member moving the chuck so that a chuck fitting surface is rotated reciprocatingly between first and second positions in a place where the base end part is supported swingably by the support and a rod is deviated from the pivot part of the chuck fitting member. When the chuck fitting member is rotated between the first and second positions, an impact absorption member relaxes the impact in collaboration with the support when a cylinder member stopping swinging always at a constant position and the fitting surface of the chuck fitting member stop rotation at the first and second positions, respectively. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for unloading a molded product which unloads a sprue by certainly releasing its retention and unloads to accumulate it almost at a specified spot with improved molding operation efficiency and damage prevention to a molded product part by the contact with a separated sprue part during unloading the latter, and a molded product unloading machine.
SOLUTION: This method uses the molded product unloading machine mounted on a resin molding machine with a mold for the molded product to be split apart into the finished product part and the sprue part. The machine has a chuck for a finished product sucking the finished product part and a chuck for a sprue retaining the sprue part and an air injection means. The chuck for a finished product sucks/retains the finished product part and the chuck for a sprue retains the sprue part cut/separated from the finished product part, and both parts are simultaneously unloaded from between the mold halves to specified release positions. When the sprue part retained by the chuck for a sprue is released after releasing the finished product part from its suction by the chuck for a finished product at a release position, a compressed air is injected toward the sprue part from the air injection means to make the sprue part releasable from its retention by the chuck for a sprue.

When the chuck which enters between the molds opened to hold the molded product is moved to a lifting position above the molds, the chuck is moved to the position where the vertical frame and the molded product are not interfered with each other, at least at an excellent timing of the molded product held with the chuck being slip from between the molds.
