A polyamide-imide resin insulating paint according to the present invention includes polyamide-imide resin containing no halogen element in its molecular chain which is dissolved in a polar solvent, in which the polyamide-imide resin contains an aromatic diisocyanate component (A) having three or more benzene rings or an aromatic diamine component (E) having three or more benzene rings in a monomer, and a ratio M/N between a molecular weight (M) of the polyamide-imide resin per repeat unit and an average number (N) of amide groups and imide groups is equal to or more than 200.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation coating for an electric wire and an electric insulated wire using the same, which maintain heat resistance and adhesiveness, and excellently suppress corona discharge generation. SOLUTION: The insulation coating for an electric wire is formed by dispersing phenyltrialkoxysilane and pure water in resin coating formed of polyimide resin or polyamide-imide resin. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electric wire for a submersible motor, whereby an enamel layer is prevented from being cracked. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the electric wire 1 for the submersible motor, the enamel layer 3 is formed on the periphery of a conductor 2, and an insulating layer 4 is formed on the periphery of the enamel layer 3. After the insulating layer 4 is formed by continuously extruding and cross-linking an insulating composition blended with a cross-linking agent on the periphery of the enamel layer 3, against the initial glass transition temperature Tg 0 (°C) of the enamel layer 3, a drying temperature T(°C) is set so as to satisfy T≤Tg 0 -30(°C) to perform drying work of the insulating layer 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency, low power consumption electroacoustic transducer by increasing purity of aluminum even if it is alloyed, imparting sufficient mechanical strength while sustaining lightweight, preventing disconnection at the time of winding, and employing a voice coil made of a magnet wire exhibiting high conductivity because of high purity of aluminum. SOLUTION: The voice coil of the electroacoustic transducer employs a magnet wire of such characteristics as tensile strength of 200 MPa or above, elongation of 1.0% or above, and conductivity of 58% IACS or above. SOLUTION: This enameled wire 10 has an insulating coating composed of at least two insulating layers around a conductor 11. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self fusion bonding enameled wire and litz wire suppressing deformation of a DY coil and reducing the occurrence odor in forming the coil. SOLUTION: A plastic paint in which a copolymerization polyamide resin having a melting point of 100-150 °C and relative viscosity of 1.3-1.55 is dissolved in a solvent with a resin concentration between 24% and 40% is applied and baked on a conductor 1 directly or through an insulating layer 2 to form a fusion bonding layer 3. There is provided an insulated wire including: a conductor wire; and a polyamide-imide insulation coating formed around the conductor wire, the polyamide-imide insulation coating being made from a polyamide-imide resin based insulating varnish, the varnish being synthesized by reaction of an isocyanate constituent and an acid constituent in a solvent, the isocyanate constituent including 5 to 50 mol % of 2,4′-diphenylmethane-diisocyanate having a flexible molecular structure.
