PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking monitoring system whereby a detailed state of a moving person or a moved article can be grasped within a particular premises. SOLUTION: A wireless area produced by private wireless base stations 2a to 2c is used for a tracking monitoring object area of a moving particular person with a particular private PHS terminal 4 carried thereon. A private PHS exchange 1 connected to the private wireless base stations 2a to 2c stores a result of position registration by the private PHS terminal 4 moving within the wireless area to a subscriber database. Further, the private PHS exchange 1 uses position information of the private PHS terminal 4 to select / switch the private wireless base stations for generating the wireless area corresponding to the present position of the private PHS terminal 4 and to apply start and direction control of a monitoring video camera and a sound collection microphone provided to the selected private wireless base station thereby tracking and monitoring the movement of the private PHS terminal 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket-mounting structure which can mount a gasket by a simple work and which further facilitates its replacement. SOLUTION: The gasket-mounting structure comprises a housing 1 for housing an electronic apparatus, a cover 2 mounted in the housing 1 via hinges or the like, and the gasket 3 installed at a contact part of the cover 2 with the housing 1. The gasket 3 has a structure, in which many spherical beads are coupled via a coupling part. The beads are formed of a conductive and elastic material, such as a conductive rubber or the like. The respective beads are formed to be uniform. When the gasket 3 is mounted on the cover 2, a worker first engages the bead part of the tip of the gasket 3 with one fixing hole provided at the cover 2. The coupling part is mounted in the holes provided at the cover 2 at a predetermined interval, while the gasket 3 is being extended. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ADSL office facility and its installing method in which the plant and equipment investment and the new plant and equipment area required in a telephone office for providing ADSL service can be saved while shortening the work time. SOLUTION: The ADSL office facility comprises an office side ADSL modem (18) and a telephone exchange (10), an office side splitter (19), a port (8) for connection with the office facility, and a port (7) for connection with the outside facility. The office side ADSL modem (18) is connected with the office side splitter (19). The office side splitter (19) is connected with the telephone exchange (10) directly through a first cable (20) and connected with the office connection port (8) directly through a second cable (13). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a dam for damming a molten solder on a printed wiring board, in which a conductor such as a land of which shape and position are accurate is easily and surely formed on a printed wiring board, and a solder bridge is hard to occur.SOLUTION: Dams D1 and D2 for damming molten solder consisting of mounds a and c whose height is about 2 μm and a recess b of about 2 μm are formed at the gold plating on the surface of a printed wiring board C under laser beam irradiation. The surface of gold plating of regions a, b, and c has such property as repelling of the molten solder. When solder pastes B1 and B2 are applied in the area surrounded with the dams D1 and D2 and then heated, solders B1' and B2' having been melted by heating are repelled from the dams D1 and D2. The heights of the solders B1' and B2' can be higher than the dams D1 and D2. The molten solders B1' and B2' are caused to return to a normal temperature in the dams D1 and D2, to prepare a land. The dams D1 and D2 can be manufactured with accurate shape, size, height, and position.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device equipped with a cooling mechanism capable of cooling an inside of the device even if a fan stops an operation due to failure or the like and capable of continuing the operation of the device even if replacement of the fan or the like is performed. SOLUTION: A plurality of fans are mounted in any of a plurality of fan units detachably installed in a device. An opening through which internal air sucked by the fans passes is provided corresponding to the plurality of fans, respectively. An air flow control means can shift from a closed state where the air does not pass through the opening to an open state where the air passes through the opening. A fan control means controls the rotational speeds of the plurality of fans, respectively. The air flow control means is provided corresponding to the plurality of fans, respectively. During a corresponding fan works, the flow control means shifts from the closed state to the open state so that passage of the air through the opening is not prevented, and during the corresponding fan does not work, the flow control means shifts from the open state to the closed state so that the passage of the air through the opening is prevented. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of inspecting appearance of an inside diameter part to easily pick up images of condition of the inner surface of a through hole in a short time at low cost. SOLUTION: This device for inspecting appearance of an inside diameter part has a light source 4 for emitting the light; an inspection stand 2 to which cylindrical part 1 is fixed to be held, a mirror part 3 provided with a conical mirror surface part for reflecting the light to light up the inner surface of the through-hole; a moving device 5 for moving the inspection stand 2 together with the cylindrical part 1 along the optical axis of the light to insert/draw the conical mirror surface part of the mirror part into/from the through-hole; an imaging device 6 for picking up the mirror image of the inner surface of the through-hole projected on the conical mirror surface part to generate the image data; and a data processing device 7 for processing the image data generated by the imaging device 6 to determine whether a fault exists in the inner surface of the through-hole or not. SOLUTION: When the time set as a time for alarming by an alarming registering setting part 1 comes, the alarming changing factor condition which is information delivered from a delivery server on the Internet is read out from a database part 4, and it is determined whether the alarming is to be performed or not. When alarming changing factor information included in the alarming changing factor condition shows execution of the alarming at the set time, alarming instruction information to an alarming part is outputted. When it is shown that the alarming is not required at the set time, the alarming is not executed, and the time when the alarming is to be executed is changed to another time which is different from the set time, or the alarming is suspended.
