PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of capsule toner which can obtain capsule toner formed with a uniform resin coating layer with a high yield and capsule toner.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of capsule toner employs: a container body 1; a rotational agitating means 6 provided with a rotating shaft 9, a disc-shaped base part 2 vertically fixed to the rotating shaft 9, and a plurality of projection parts 5a and 5b vertically arranged on the base part 2; and a film formation device 10 including gas supply means for supplying a gas into an internal space 3. With this film formation device 10 employed, the rotational driving of the base part 2 around the rotating shaft 9 in the internal space 3 of the container body 1 and the supplying of the gas into the internal space 3 by the gas supply means allow toner base particles and resin fine particles to circulate in a direction parallel to the base part 2 so that the resin fine particles are converted into a film on the surface of the toner base particles.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a toner, for obtaining a toner having uniform particle size distribution by uniformly agitating the toner material in aggregation, and to provide a toner, a two-component developer, a developing device and an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid having fine particles dispersed therein is agitated in an aggregation step by using an agitation blade having a plurality of rotor blades and an agitation vessel having a plurality of planar or cylindrical baffle plates on a vessel wall. The agitation blade has: a specified dimension; the agitation blade and the baffle plates are disposed in a specified relation; and the agitation blade is placed at a specified position in the agitation vessel. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical and convenient method capable of obtaining a very small resin particle, in detail, a resin particle having a micron to submicron of particle size, free from a problem and a defect caused by production using a conventional device according to a conventional production method, a resin particle produced by the method, toner and a developer containing the resin particle, and a developing device and an image forming device for forming an image using the developer. SOLUTION: The spherical particle is produced by the production method for the spherical particle including a crushing process. A dispersion liquid of a treating object coarse particle containing a polymer dispersant and dispersed with the coarse particle of a treating object in a liquid medium is passed through a high-pressure homogenizer having a stepwise pressure releasing mechanism, in the crushing process, and the coarse particle is formed into fine particles, under the condition where a melt viscosity of the dispersion liquid gets to 5,000 cP or less in a time point of passing a nozzle part of the high-pressure homogenizer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner capable of forming a high-definitionimage of high quality, by fully restraining the toner from being splashed, and by restraining new toner particles from being generated in a developing device, and to provide a method of manufacturing the toner, a developer, the developing device, and an image forming device provided therewith. SOLUTION: This toner contains a plurality of toner particles, containing a binder resin and a coloring agent, a content of small size particles of the toner particles having 0.5 μm-2.0 μm of circle-equivalent diameter is 5 number% or less with respect to total toner particles, in measurement by a flow particle image analyzer; a content of medium size particles C of the toner particles having a circle-equivalent diameter more than 2.0 μm and 4.0 μm or less is 20 number% or more to 30 number% or less with respect to total toner particles; a content of large size particles D of the toner particles having a circle-equivalent diameter of more than 4.0 μm and 6.0 μm or less is 50 number% or more to 70 number% or less with respect to total toner particles; and a shape factor SF1 of the toner particle is 130 or more to 140 or less. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing a toner having a narrow width of a particle size distribution and a uniform shape. SOLUTION: Slurry supplied into an agitation vessel 2 and containing a raw material for the toner and a fluid medium, or slurry containing a substance to be melt-kneaded and the fluid medium are heated until the liquid temperature becomes at a level of Tg by a heating means 6 while passing through a liquid-supply tube 5 (a first uniting process). When the liquid temperature reaches Tg, the slurry moves to a second uniting region 7 provided with an in-line type mixer for adding shear force to the slurry, wherein the mixer includes an agitation blade 8 and a motor 9. The raw material for the toner and the substance to be melt-kneaded are aggregated and united by adding the shear force thereto under the temperature of Tg or higher (a second uniting process). Next, the slurry moves to a first cooling region 10, where the slurry is cooled down to Tg while adding the shear force (a first cooling process). Thereafter, the slurry is cooled down from Tg to a normal temperature by the cooling means 13 while passing through a liquid-discharge tube 14 (a second cooling process), and is discharged from the liquid-discharge opening 15, and the toner is obtained by sorting the toner from the slurry and drying it. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner production method which enables production by a simple production method, by neither exposing colorant particles and wax particles on the surface despite of the toner being an aggregate of fine resin-containing particles, nor having a variation in a colorant content and a wax content. SOLUTION: The toner in the form of the aggregate of resin-containing particles is produced by aggregating the resin-containing particles which contain a binder resin and the colorant using an aggregate dispersant containing a polymer 1 in which anionic polar groups 2a, 2b and 2c are bonded to a main chain 3, and a salt of a divalent or higher valent metal. Specifically, the salt of the divalent or higher valent metal is loaded to a slurry of the resin-containing particles so that a metal ion 4 and the anionic polar group 2a are bonded, and a temperature of the slurry is increased so that a bond between the anionic polar group 2b and a water molecule is broken.
