Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely attain the cutoff state of a valve when completing the control such as the increase, decrease or monitoring of the tire pressure even if the tire pressure is high. CONSTITUTION:In the figure, (a) indicates the state that the pressure increasing or decreasing action of a tire connected to a port 312 is completed, a spool valve 342 is at the equilibrium position, and a diaphragm valve 334 is still kept open. A pressure control valve 355 is opened for a short time as shown by (b), high-pressure air is guided from a pressure source 356 to increase the pressure of a control line 351, the pressure of the first chamber 324 is increased through an aperture 326, and the spool valve 342 is moved largely to the left in advance. A pressure discharge valve 358 is opened to quickly reduce the pressure of a passage 313 to the atmospheric pressure, the diaphragm valve 334 is closed when the spool valve 342 reaches the neutral position as shown by (c), the spool valve 342 is fixed at this position, and the cutoff state of a tire pressure adjusting valve is realized.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To detect a load which acts on each wheel accurately by performing operation in consideration of the change in pressure receiving area of an air spring which is changed with the height of a vehicle based on the height of the vehicle and the inner pressure of the air spring. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 33 receives the detected signals from vehicle-height sensors 12-16 and pressure sensors 21-24 and operates the pressure receiving area of each air spring based on the map of the relation between the vehicle height and the pressure-receiving area of the air spring which are stored in a ROM 32. Then, the CPU 33 operates a load acting on each wheel based on the data of the pressure received area and the weight data expressing the weight beneath the spring of each wheel stored in the ROM 32.
